Diane Jackson and Lori were absolutely wonderful to work with during our home buying and selling process. They were proactive with information and management of the process, included us in every step and communication, and explained to us everything in terms we could understand. They proved their worth in every way imaginable and without them in the process, I feel we would have been lost and would have not made anything on selling our home. This was only my second home transaction, but compared to my first experience of buying a house through another realtor, Diane and Lori exceeded my highest expectations. In sales transactions I am typically a cynic, and despite my pessimism and mistrust of motives in large transactions, they were above reproach in every way. I can't thank them enough.

We moved out of state and left everything in her hands. There was an auction conducted in our absence, so we were concerned about the cleanliness of the house after the furnishings were removed. She not only handled the closing long distance, but prepared the home for the new owners. She even made up for my mistakes and shipped a package to us through UPS. She went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. We would definitely recommend Theresa Jennings.

My husband and I were discussing the benefits of purchasing a larger house. We both started working from home more often and the kids are getting older collecting way more toys. We needed more space but was concerned with timing of everything. We found a house on Zillow that we were interested in seeing. I clicked request a viewing and Zillow matched us up with Craig. I was skeptical at first not knowing who we were meeting with. Our minds were changed immediately upon our first encounter with Craig! He was phenomenal. We met his partner, Austin, from A1 Real Estate Group he also blew our minds away. We looked through a few houses that first day, both of them pointed out things in the house we didn t think of, they did research on the house and helped answer all of our questions. Once my bid was accepted, she provided good oversight for me setting up the appointments, inspections, etc that I needed during the closing process. I am very glad she was both professional and efficient in handling a very difficult closing as my buyer showed up AT the closing meeting without being fully prepared to close --- throwing all the rest of us in a difficult situation inabling us to process the purchase of my next home. All parties were left in turmoil but Marys skill and patience immediately kicked in and she walked everyone involved through the now complicated situation to reach a successful conclusion ! Let me count the ways that JillTeam excels. First they do everything that they advertise. I made my first contact on a Sunday during a holiday weekend and was expecting an answering machine but I got Jill while on vacation. She had her Admin Lisa and decorator Brenda at our house in a couple of days. They included Jill during the walkthrough using Skype while deciding what recommendations they would suggest. We all decided on quite a few upgrades that were still not going to be overboard in price. The JillTeam contacted the workers to do the work and order the materials needed with our approval. They scheduled all the necessary activities and the work started almost immediately. Prices were very reasonable and JillTeam received no percentage of the cost and we were able to purchase any of the materials if we wanted. Work was completed and we were listed ahead of schedule. We had a beautiful finished product but a challenging location. Still we sold at our expected price point in a very reasonable time period as JillTeam provided multiple open houses and many walkthroughs. They kept us up to date on all the activities and reports on other properties in the area. I just can t say enough about this team, especially Jill, Lisa, and Brenda.
