We met Jill when our daughter sold/bought a house. And now we are glad we used Jill to downsize to a smaller house for retirement. Jill excels at crisis management, the negotiation process, and knowing what to do every step along the way. When there is an issue, Jill has contacts with many folks in all the construction/repair trades to make the crisis just a little bump in the process. She is a high energy person with her own team so it is easy to see why Jill has such a high sell rate.
