Shannon did a great job pointing out positive and negative aspects of the homes that we visited. She wasn't pushy at all in terms of putting in bids. Once my bid was accepted, she provided good oversight for me setting up the appointments, inspections, etc that I needed during the closing process. She made sure I had reviewed and signed off on documents on time. Overall, she was very helpful throughout the process and made my first home purchase about as smooth as I could imagine it being.
