The Rochester and District Soccer League (RDSL) is an adult amateur soccer league for the Rochester area. The league is comprised of over ninety men's and women's teams from around the Rochester and surrounding area. Teams participate from as far South and East as Bristol Valley, Newark and North Rose, and to the Western side of Rochester with teams from Brockport, Ogden and beyond.

Established in 1968, RDSL is the premier adult amateur soccer league in the Rochester area. With over ninety men's and women's teams from around Rochester and its surrounding areas, RDSL offers a competitive platform for players of all skill levels.
The league comprises teams from as far south and east as Bristol Valley, Newark, and North Rose to the western side of Rochester with teams from Brockport, Ogden, and beyond. This diverse range of participants makes RDSL one of the most inclusive leagues in New York State.
At RDSL, we believe that soccer is more than just a game; it's a way of life. Our mission is to provide an environment where players can develop their skills while fostering camaraderie among teammates. We strive to create an atmosphere that promotes sportsmanship both on and off the field.
Our league operates year-round with two seasons: spring/summer (April-August) and fall/winter (September-March). Each season consists of ten games plus playoffs for qualifying teams. Games are played on weekends at various locations throughout Rochester.
RDSL offers both men's and women's divisions with different skill levels ranging from recreational to highly competitive play. Whether you're new to soccer or have been playing for years, there is a division that suits your level of play.
In addition to our regular season games, we also host several tournaments throughout the year including our annual Memorial Day Tournament which attracts teams from across New York State.
At RDSL safety comes first; therefore we follow strict COVID-19 protocols during all games ensuring everyone’s safety while enjoying their passion for soccer.
