Worst place to work on Earth- endless sexual harassment from Richard, the owner; aggressive production director who treats women and minorities as if they are animals and slaves; lower level staff very hard working and kind. HR is a complete joke- she lies as much as Trump.

Management treats you like a child, slave and animal all rolled in to one.
They are extremely verbally aggressive and attempt to deny full time employees from taking a legal lunch break.
They hire and fire as often as I change socks.
They shop and copy despite having a "design" team.
HR handed me my offer letter in front of the employee I was replacing, totally disregarding my privacy. When I brought this to her attention, her response "it doesn't matter, she's leaving." Actually, it does matter. PRIVACY MATTERS. RESPECT MATTERS.
I made HR aware of my concerns regarding workplace respect and was told that what I experienced was not happening...?!? HUH How can you speak on something you were not privy to? I classified the behavior as abuse and she proceeded to tell me she knows abuse cause she has actually been abused. UMMMM OK? Thought we were talking about me, apparently HR needs time on a therapist couch too.
HR attempted to blame me for a potential new hire not accepting the job, claiming she had a letter detailing reasons I gave the new hire to not move forward with the offer. Funny thing is, I know the potential hire, obtained a copy of said letter, and no mention of me! HR LIES!!
Honestly, I am surprised this company has not been sued for sexual harassment or its sweat shop like conditions.
