A few years ago I bought a Jamis road bike from them. I specifically asked for a medium size which they didn't have in stock. They said they will order it in and it will take a couple of days. I paid the deposit and came the day to pick up the bike and they sold me the larger size bike that was in stock. The salesperson acted as if he was doing me a favor. What a joke. I got my refund but never do business with RB bike again. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. You will have a better peace of mind.

Unfortunately since COVID they cannot do any customer service. No phone call back or response to website ticket. Barely open. Have to go get my bike serviced elsewhere even though it's covered by them. Too bad because it was a positive initial experience buying a Jamis hybrid.
Rude / borderline crazy owner pretending to be a competent sales person running a legitimate business. When I walked into the store, the owner was screaming at another customer who had (calmly and reasonably) asked for his money back for a defective bike that he purchased.
When you ask for one of their mechanics to look at an issue with your bike (a bike that you had just purchased from them 3 weeks ago), the owner respond and say "sorry, our mechanics don't know how to fix bikes...."
Save your mental strength and go somewhere reputable.
Im writing this for different purpose. The outside wall of this place are great for photo shooting. The graffiti walls around this area could work perfectly for a full day of photography. Just about 1 min walk away from this place there is a bridge that has more graffiti. At the bridge near this store, on a sunny day you could take some beautiful pictures with some models. There is trail park that passes over Dufferine St. that makes the bridge. There are 2 tunnels under the bridge that also are great place for photography.
Bought a 19" coda sport for a gift on line last week for a good price to pick up this week. Emailed them start of this week to confirm bike would be ready. Was told exactly.."No problem having the bike ready for Thursday. Its in the building now" The person picking up bike for me stopped by store the next day and was told we don't have the bike anymore even though it was confirmed there. then I get an email...sorry we no longer have your bike but have the 21". I called (they didn't think it warranted calling me, just sent oops email) and was told by sales person "someone lied to me" about the bike being there....in desperation I paid way more for a bike to fulfill the present I needed which worked out great for them. I'm certain they had the bike but figured they could or did sell for more money. I'm sure they will respond that their inventory was wrong....what bike shop would not do inventory over the winter.....They guy who picked up our bike recommended them and he thinks they are lying too. Right after I checked the coda non-sport pricing and it went up $45 right after
How can you trust a company that deals like this? The feeling of getting duped hasn't left since i picked up the more expensive bike.
Reluctantly, I'm still giving the store an opportunity to make good and I emailed an offer for 2 more bikes that my wife and I would like to purchase. If they help I will amend my review, if you don't see an update you'll know what they decided...... .
