This is quite possibly the worst place in my experience for anyone to get employed at. The workplace politics is abysmal. Salary payment method is ludicrous at best (they pay you half of the months salary at the end of the month, the other half they pay after the preceding month). There's cameras everywhere, which is fine, but you can't lean back and take a few seconds off without someone coming to you and asking you to sit straight and look towards the screen. People will talk behind your back, managers and directors will do their best to break the organisational hierarchy to their hearts content. Phones are tapped. Yes, they keep an eye on your communication. If you value your privacy and sanity, avoid this farce of a company at all cost.

This company i-gate (previously known as RDX sports) was the worst in my professional career. The management has a typical "Seth" autocratic mindset and power lies in the hand of few people.
The middle managers and team leads totally emphasize on exploiting the new employees and fresh graduates, make them work like a slave and remain busy in doing cheap politics.(blame games/ favoritism/unrealistic deadlines). The growth chances of your carrier are quite bleak.
They can make the life of employees hell as mental peace of any sane mind can not survive there.
Salary at month end is delayed quite frequently and employees has to suffer ultimately.
So highly not recommended.

The worst place I have ever been in my entire life. please please dont ever join this company if you want keep your sanity intact. politics, backbiting, leg pulling, all worse you could ever imagine happens in this office. they will make you work like donkeys and kick you out for no reason as well as deducting your salary for no reason. I WOULD RECOMMEND A BIG BIG "NO"
