Property manager did not return calls after multiple voice messages. Same property manager did not show up to a booked and re-confirmed appointment. Reception couldn't help either. Escalated to a senior property manager, who did not follow up or did anything with the complaint. I'd be wary about renting via these guys if this is the behavior already. Not professional at all.

From the property styling to inspections to marketing, Karen was on the front foot from initial talks of selling to auction day. Her communication skills are exceptional. On auction day, the selling price far exceeded the reserve due to Karen's and Dean's (the auctioneer) skillful negotiations. If I could give six out of five stars I would.

Their service is very unprofessional, The office lost my key and keep saying they never had it at all. Greg Scurfield , the manager never turn up to provide entry for services. They can t get simple calculation right. The tenants they found is not genuine normal tenants. Not reliable service at all. All they know is charge money and being irresponsible. When I first started leasing my property through RW Brisbane CBD, I was very happy with my propery manager, Greg who was fantastic, reasonable and very promp in communication.

However after a few months, Greg handed over my property to Kimberley Barrow (as he only deals with the acquistion of new clients) and everything started going downhill. It doesn't seem like she is very familar with the process/procedure required in her day to day job as:
- When tenant request to maintain rent the same for the next 12 months, she is unable to provide me rental comparable analyis or verbal recommendation on whether tenant's request is fair or in accordance with the market. I have asked for this over 5 business days and still unable to get this.
- It seems like she has never conducted on-site inspection for my property for the 6 month duration that she was managing my property. Note Greg did note that I need to order a set of key at the very start but no follow up from Kimberley on this at all.
-RW Brisbane CBD forgot to pay one of my electricty bill one time and when I asked Kimberley for a response, she started blaming me that I am the one who usualy pay this without checking with their internal staff first. Note my bill has always been paid by RW Brisbane CBD and I had to call the office myself, get in touch with the internal staff to resolve this issue all on my own.

After I raised my concern of Kimberely's appaling work behaviour, RW Brisbane CBD moved quick on this and transfer me to another property manager, Jamey Miller who provides excellent and outstanding service as
- As soon as I got handed over to Jamey, the first thing that she did was provide me a rental comparable analysis and she also analyse the market and tenant condition for me to work out whether I should increase or maintain the rent.
-She is also the one that discovered Kimberley has never conducted on-site inspection and we need to organise key ASAP so she can conduct routine inspection
-All the communciations have been prompt and smooth. I am personally not based in Brisbane and I don't fee like I need to be there at all cause Jamey takes care of everything.

Needless to say, my experience with Kimberley Barrow as our property manager was not a pleasant one.I do however highly recommend Jamey Miller if you want someone who actually treat your property like her own with fast/timely communication.

Given Kimberley is a 1 and Jamey is a 5 my google review is 3 at the moment.

I rented a property from Ray White South Brisbane last year, around one and half years ago. They have been truly professional on their work especially our property manager Megan Penningh and her assistance MADDY CLAYTON. Maddy is a very nice person, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very responsible.

I highly recommend Dean and his team. Not only are they highly professional it was a pleasure to deal with Deal and Cassie. At every step of the way I was updated on progress and relied on his extensive knowledge.

It has been a fantastic and wonderful experience knowing Megan Penningh and Maddy Clayton as our property managers during our last lease period. They were very exceptional and prompt in delivering service, courteous, helpful, empathetic and professional.
I have seen a lot of people complain about their agents but with Megan and Maddy, it's a whole different experience. You guys are awesometastic!!! I would recommend you over and over again to tenants and property owners.

They worked hard to find suitable tenants, got the best rental price possible and checked references to ensure the tenants were a good fit. Ongoing they conduct regular checks of the property and provide informative reports. They are professional and courteous, they return calls/emails in a very timely fashion, they work to solve issues and ensure everything runs smoothly, they are obviously experienced and know what they are doing. We had worked with other agents but they did not do as good a job. I have come to trust them with ease and have found they are worth their quite reasonable Management Fees.

We used a previous agent to try to find a tenant for a month for our investment property which turned out to be an unpleasant experience, so sacked them. I would like to write a review about our experience in viewing a unit for rent in South Brisbane by your Company. We don't come from Brisbane and are moving there in 2 weeks and Melina Campo was the person I was liaise with to view this particular property. It was not available at the times we needed and Melina was so very helpful in accommodating our needs. She went above and beyond her duty to help and was very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable with the process as it was very daunting for us as we had never had to do this before. Unfortunately we have rented elsewhere but hope in the future when we may decide to buy Melina will be one of our choices to contact. This is the most incompetent real estate office I have ever been with. My husband and I have raised several issues since moving into our rental (maintenance and issues with the people living above us) and have only seen one of them remedied. We were informed that our property manager was leaving Ray White and that our new property manager would be in touch with us soon. That was 2 months ago and upon calling their office, found out that we still don't have a property manager and the receptionist couldn't tell me when or if we would get one. She informed me that the manager Renee would be receiving our emails, but then I had to inform HER that Renee was in fact leaving at the end of the week. Communication is nonexistent it seems. This office seems to go through property managers like nobody's business as well.
Our first property manager, Jessica Seigle, was on top of things and would respond back to us within a reasonable amount of time and do her best to fix the issues we raised. Since she left we have been tossed around to a handful of different people in their office with no one able to give us straight answers about anything. It would just be nice to actually get phone calls back from ANYONE instead of having to waste our time trying to get in touch with them.
We have also recently found out that the house we are renting (we are on the bottom level, other tenants are on the top level) is actually owned by two different people- so getting any issues resolved is next to impossible with ONE HOUSE (with shared areas I might add) being split and owned by two different people. It's a complete joke. So while our neighbours are complete slobs and leave trash all over the shared areas- there's really nothing we can do about it because their property manager and owner are with a completely different office.
We are so disappointed we chose Ray White and will never be doing business with them again. Stay away from this office!

Had poor experience from the day we moved in to apartment we are stuck with. Firstly the day we came to view property for rent they could not find the keys so they showed us another apartment that we were told from agent that it was exactly the same and on the same side just on a lower level only to find out when we moved in that it was a totally different lay out and on another side of the building overlooking a construction site which annoyed me as I am a shift worker and have to try and sleep through excavators and jack hammers going all day i definitely wouldn't have taken this property if I knew it was overlooking the work site and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to find and sort out where the storage cage that came with the property was which again was a massive inconvenience as I had my belongings delivered in a container for storage but they couldn't find storage cage so had to store everything in unit and in my truck till it was sorted just very poor service from ray white agents and very misleading information and lied to us about what and where actual apartment was situated cannot wait till my lease is up and will not be dealing with these agents again.... won't let me put zero stars

Ray White South Brisbane team was a pleasure to deal with. When I put in an application to rent a property through them, I was overseas, but nothing was ever a problem with them. My application was approved without any issues and later on, during my tenancy, whenever there was any problem, such plumbing or electrical issues, everything was attended to, without any delay. They were prompt with email responses to my queries and always very professional. Excellent work!

Absolutely appalling service from Kahlee Hassan, our unit was freshly painted and fixed up when we handed it to Ray White. It came back with damages everywhere and no one responsible, Kahlee gave an attitude when being confronted. It's honestly the worst attitude and service we've received from a real estate agent.

time. He goes the extra mile got us the best unit in West End. Plus he is a real good sort.

Worst Real estate agents I have had to deal with so far. They still have not fixed a list of things I have requested since moving in, they blame the owners of the property who are away travelling. They have fixed a couple of urgent issues but that's it. They have a lack of communication, I have raised my concerns with the top management at the office and she is just as slack as the property owner.

As a tenant, it's rare to have a great experience with property managers.

How does one put into words the level of service, care, and professionalism I experience with Alice Miers at Ray White? One simply can't. I could sit here for a lifetime, string together every adjective man has (and hasn't) created, write novels of innumerable length, but one need not do any of that. this is more so a personal commentary on an individual at ray white south brisbane - Kahlee Hassan
I have exceptionally high standards for the kind of human being i would heap praise upon , Kahlee is immensely deserving of such praise .
This is mostly due to her genuine and pleasant nature which is not forced or contrived in anyway , to treat all people with respect and humanity is something that goes well beyond just being good at your job , and says much about you as a human being and i find Kahlee to be an exemplary person in this regard who as a bonus, and probably because of this all-round nice nature , is also extraordinarily efficient and damn good at her job ...or probably anything she puts her mind to ....and im not usually a fan of real estate people in general ....so if you need anything to do with real estate , deal with Kahlee and all will be well :)

A while back I engaged Ray White to sell my apartment and very shortly after I signed the contract and paid the fees, the agent I was speaking to informed me that he had moved on and to contact another agent in the company, which I did. Nothing ever happened, I had to keep chasing them to see if there was progress even though they said they would be in touch. It was hundreds of dollars down the drain and my unit is still not sold. Never any communication from Ray White to update me. Horrible wast of money, basically took my money and ran.

I feel fortunate Jamey Miller made my recent renting experience a smooth one. Jamey was always helpful, polite and respected my queries as a tenant. Jamey was always organised and seemed to be on top of her portfolio. Jamey is an asset to RW City. Mikalya also made a good first impression when I first inspected the unit and was friendly when I saw her in the office occasionally..

Ray White South Brisbane and our property manager Pala have been excellent while we've been a tenant at our address. We have been given ample notice of any inspections and have been open and friendly with any requests we have. I would highly recommend Ray White South Brisbane to buyers and renters alike and know that when I am ready to buy a home I wouldn't go through anyone else. I have rented from various real estate agencies for 8 years. By far, Ray White has been the most professional and reliable. I know they have a duty to protect their clients (home owners) as well, but any repair requests we as tenants have requested have been dealt with great professionalism. Communication has always been smooth as well. This is true when Greg Scurfied was managing our property.

Recently, while I was away for a work trip, the hot water system in my house was discovered to be leaking and unfortunately soaked through the entire carpets. Alana Taylor whom currently manages the property is an absolute star. She was so swift in her response, but also was very empathetic to the issue. She made sure that I was kept in the loop with what was happening since I was away, but also managed to make sure we got hot water back in the shortest time. She even managed to get the carpet handyman to help with moving our furnitures around during carpet replacement. She never got tired of my endless questions as well, talk about being professional!
