Managing multiple properties I've encountered many city of enid employees. All have been pleasant and truly try to help. Alex in waste management went above and beyond for us in a very hard situation. I am so very thankful for her kindness and understanding. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU MS.ALEX!!
If you need to pay your water bill or a ticket the ladies at the counter are usually pretty friendly the city of enid itself is one of the most terribly ran corrupt government institutions I d say in America but I m sure that they can compete with Third World countries on being that horrible it s a good ole boy town

They blatantly break the law do things they re not supposed to it s ridiculous I hope some government official reads this and start some kind of investigation and they would have a field day they could fill up A library of charges and wrongdoings by the people who are running enid Oklahoma I am ashamed of being born here and as soon as my family is older I will be leaving here
Hateful hateful hateful people! A little customer services refresher course wouldn't be a bad idea! Some of the people who work here are the reason people would rather do everything online!! Seriously ladies get off your high horses and get over yourselves!!
such a bad day to start this people change something into our water meter and just stop the water coming into our house without notifying the home owner im in the middle of my shower and water is off.. disrespectful people must rate lower done 0
This place doesnt deserve even 1 star. Everyone is terribly rude that i have come in contact with. Except for sierra granger. Shes very sweet and helped me and my husband. Other than her every other person from the utility department & city maintenance have acted as if water in my home is not important or like we are on a list of a million people waiting for our water to be turned on and seems as if we are on the bottom of the list!!! We have had an active utility account for a week and a half now and still no water. F the city of enid!!! We have paid them our money yet working on our property is not a priority to them.
This Angela Rasmuson appears to be mentally unstable. She invited a videographer into her office and then claims she feels unsafe. Then why would you invite the guy in? Or are you just looking for attention and to make trouble? I'm not a professional, but I suggest a check up from the neck up; and take a gander at the constitution now and again.
She dared to suggest she's "ok with him touring the 'public' building WITH A POLICE ESCORT..." And we wonder why our taxes are so high. I wouldn't feel safe in public unless police escorted her and kept an eye on her, since this paranoia came out of her brain.
I found the clerk's to be very friendly and very helpful and much appreciated it.
I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Extremely unprofessional. I don't recall anyone ever speaking to me in such a rude manner. I am from Texas so maybe that is why or we just have those 100% free things we use called manners. Tried to reach out to Nancy Chodrick not sure is she was the one who was speaking to me that way but she certainly ignored my email in regards to how I take care of the citation I have since I do not feel comfortable giving my financial information to highly unprofessional ladies I spoke too over the phone. Thanks a lot for the help. If I didn t live 5hrs away I would certainly come down in person and get this issue handled. I do find when people hide behind a phone and text they will say almost anything.
Anyone considering a move to Enid should call city hall and see how they are treated by the person in charge of building permits. I called and spoke to an older female who was rude, unprofessional, impolite and ended the conversation by slamming her phone down. I was polite and just asking what was allowed.
Huge income disparities between the haves and have-nots create an unusual melting pot. There are slums and falling down housing that seems to be occupied and there are quite a lot of obnoxious tasteless mansions and more Edward Jones offices than I have ever seen in one town.
Many long trains pass through Enid day AND NIGHT! There are multiple tracks and lots of places to spend hours waiting and waiting.
Definitely spend some time here before signing a lease or buying here! I look forward to leaving!
If you set up payment, you better have it in writing, several times I've payed my bill on its due date before work and come home to my water shut off. Then they try to charge me to turn it back on. Scam artists.
