This was my first time buying a car on my own and all I can say is just see Jeff! He made buying a car the easiest thing ever. I was worried and nervous since this was my first time buying a car and had no idea what I was getting myself but Jeff and Rob went above and beyond. Everyone is so helpful and attentive amazing customer service I highly recommend this dealership!

This was my second time getting a car from this dealership and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I initially dealt with the manager David G. who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. After David I was introduced to Bob who assisted me in getting my perfect new car. Bob was an amazing sales associate who made my entire experience stress free and made sure everything went perfectly the day I picked up my car. Everyone at Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont makes you feel like family and thats why I keep going to them for cars even though I live an hour away. Their service is like no other and I could not recommend them more.
We would absolutely recommend this dealership and plan to stick with them in the future for any more cars! We had the most amazing experience purchasing our most recent car from them. Mr. Jeffrey Symeon helped us set up a purchase remotely while we moved to the area over the holidays. He went above and beyond to make things easy, smooth, and enjoyable for us. Wanted to upgrade to my SUV to something with more power. Went to multiple dealerships, met with multiple sales personnel. My son suggested we go to Lexus. Entertaining him I went there with no intention of buying one. Bob Pellacchia the Sales Consultant was a no pressure, non pushy, pleasant, professional who knows his products. After leaving the first day from there I laughed as I told my son I really not so sure about a Lexus but this guy Bob is awesome, we have to make some sort of deal with him. Bob answered phone calls at night and texts on Sunday with our questions. He negotiated up in our favor the trade in when we felt it should be higher. When picking up the car inside with the manuals he left his personal numbers with a note call me first with for questions or help. Bob is amazing. As far as the car goes all I can say is well.... it's a Lexus.
In need of Lexus car maintanance, repair, or just routine tune on your Lexus? Definitely try Ray Catena Lexus on Boston Post Road, NY dealership. Ask for Tom in Lexus Repair. He's spectacular from start to finish. My husband called the day before to have his Lexus door controller repaired. Passenger side door was not fully locking when lock emoji pressed on both our remotes. FRUSTRATING. We had to manually lock for a few days before repair. Once entering Ray Catena Lexus repair shop; you have to HONK to get Ray Catena Lexus Repair to open garage door type entry (Weird way enter). A repair concierge directs to your repair specialist. In our case, Tom, whom from start to finish was professional, nice, knowledgable, and efficiently fast. The repair took 2 hours, as he'd initially said, repair was as he had described on phone. Nobody wants to sit in a waiting room repair shop for 2 hours, but I brought homework, and the hot drink dispensing machine was great also. But this is the most enjoyable experience you can have, while your Lexus is repaired.
Tom also kept the TV Channel on the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang 2018.

My husband and I were looking for a new car (not in a rush for one) and we decided to check out Lexus. As a young couple we can t express how much we appreciated the customer service by Chris Amigron. He was professional, patient, and treated us with respect, which we find is hard to come by these days in a sales environment. Although we were in no rush for a new car, because Chris s customer service was so great we ended up purchasing a new RX 350 from him the next day! Chris worked with manager Robert to ensure a smooth transaction and together they elevated our Lexus experience. Joey from the technology dept was also so nice and understanding when it came to explaining all the bells and whistles that came with our new car. Thank you so much Chris! We absolutely love our new car.
I went into the dealership on the last week of December 2020. It was my first time visiting the dealership and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. So impressed that I ended up purchasing my new lease from them. Ed Bartoli was the nicest, kindest salesman that I have met in a very long time. He's a very smart guy that knows his stuff about cars...especially Lexus cars. From the salesman Ed to the tech department guy Julio my experience at Lexus Larchmont was excellent and I can't wait to go back when my lease is up to purchase another vehicle from them. I was at the dealer today just getting a service done on my vehicle and finding out some information about getting in to a new vehicle. even though I didn't end up getting a new vehicle, the service Cesar (service rep) and Gregory (sales rep) gave me was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew about this dealer sooner. I will definitely go back to them for all my services and for my new Lexus, when I'm ready.
