Wanted to upgrade to my SUV to something with more power.
Went to multiple dealerships, met with multiple sales personnel. My son suggested we go to Lexus. Entertaining him I went there with no intention of buying one.
Bob Pellacchia the Sales Consultant was a no pressure, non pushy, pleasant, professional who knows his products. After leaving the first day from there I laughed as I told my son I really not so sure about a Lexus but this guy Bob is awesome, we have to make some sort of deal with him. Bob answered phone calls at night and texts on Sunday with our questions. He negotiated up in our favor the trade in when we felt it should be higher. When picking up the car inside with the manuals he left his personal numbers with a note call me first with for questions or help. Bob is amazing. As far as the car goes all I can say is well.... it's a Lexus.
