My experience at ray Brandt Infiniti was excellent. I was there for my second free oil change and service review. Now get this, I was alerted by my vehicle that it was time for this service. So I didn't have an appointment for that day. So I called and they said they were backed up but if I could come between 2 and 3pm they could do it. And they did. I was there maybe an hour. They are great and their restrooms and lounge is immaculate. They also have beverages and snacks. Everyone is happy and pleasant. I luv it!

Great experience with the salesman. Was a bit perturbed that we could not finish the deal on the day that we drove for over an hour to get there, even though I was informed we would not have an issue. However, the salesman, Dana, drove the car to us when all was clear. He was not pushy, and let the vehicle do the selling.

I initially went in for just a test drive. I researched the car I wanted and went in to test drive that particular car. Matt helped us (my mom was with me) by giving us the best break down of what the car can do and demonstrated as well. He then gave me my turn and almost immediately I knew that it was my car. So, still not necessarily looking to buy, we played around with numbers just to SEE what I can get. Long story short I got a GREAT interest rate thanks to the new graduate program they had available, and drove off the lot the same day with no money down. Everyone there was so helpful, including the finance guy (Carey) who helped by looking into the new graduate program that I didn't even know they had. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my 2016 Infiniti Q50 and super happy!

I absolutely love the service I receive. I love the lounge the provides complimentary WiFi. It allows me to stay connected to work while getting my vehicle serviced. If I have a busy morning, which is most of the time, I know I can count on a morning snack and complimentary Starbucks brand coffee provided on the lounge. I can rely on my repairs being done correctly and my vehicle being cleaner than it was when I arrived. I highly recommend this location to get your vehicle serviced.
Took three hours for an oil change. If that was the time set forth I would understand but I was told 1.5 hours after waiting 20 minutes to even get in queue.

First time customer of Ray Brandt service department. David T. Jones was the service consultant who assisted me. He was cordial and patiently explained the multi point inspection to me . Other employees that I had contact with were friendly also. Comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, snacks, and drinks.As a former customer of Sewell Infiniti in Dallas ( excellent customer service if you need service in Dallas fyi) I hope to start a similar relationship with Ray Brandt.
To my surprise this visit was not pleasant. My QX60 Hybrid battery died for the second time in less than a year. After having my car towed to this facility, it was like pulling teeth to get information about my car. Mainly because of the sheer rudeness of the receptionist. After being cut off multiple times because she lacks the ability to listen, I was finally able to get in contact with the service person responsible for my car only to hear more non answers. Once my husband went to the dealership we were finally able to get answers. I still haven t gotten all of my questions answered about the unreliability of this battery or a call back on a recall part from about 3-4 months ago. Disappointed is an understatement for service that started out so good.

Quick Quality Service with a smile. Tim was excellent, explained everything going on with my car and fan repair needed, and kept me updated by phone as to status. I was able to bring car in on a day when loaner was available so that my kids and I did not have to wait at the dealership for several hours. Repair, oil change and tire rotation only took 3 hours. Ray Brandt Dealership is nearly 60 miles Northeast of my home, but it s always worth the lil bit extra effort from my part to drive there for any of my service work to maintain our 2008 Infiniti QX56. It s in mint condition (per the service dept) with really low mileage. I ve always had my QX56 service work performed at the dealership were it was purchased. If for any reason they needed to work on our vehicle for a long period of time, they would transport us to a shopping mall or anywhere we would like to go. If a part needed to be ordered or any reason the vehicle had to remain overnight they would loan us a fantastic vehicle free of charge (no credit card down payments either). You re truly treated like you are just as important as the owner of the SAINTS football team or Benson Mercedes Dealership. I d RECOMMEND RAY BRANDT DEALERSHIPS TO EVERYONE, BUT ESPECIALLY THE INFINITI DEALSHIP! Proud OWNER~PROUD CUSTOMER!

I would like to publicly acknowledge the superior service I received at Ray Brandt Infiniti. My sales representative John Morgan was awesome. He took time to discuss what I wanted, talk to me about payments, make sure that I was comfortable with my payments and he didn't treat my daughter as though she was a nuisance. He made her feel part of the process. Mr. Stockton in the business office really worked with me so that I would be comfortable with my payments and got me an excellent APR. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Morgan if you're in the market for an Infiniti.

You would think Travis Burns would have used a fake name when writing a good review since he was the salesman that sold me a new QX80 in December. It didn't bother me too much when I purchased the vehicle and he forgot to give me the headphones, remote, and vehicle manual, and they didn't have time for the detail job, however, when I returned to get those things and the detail department "lost" my new license plate from my Costa Rica 30th anniversary vacation just hours after the service department installed it is just unbelievable. No one offered to check cameras to try to determine who took it. The service department just apologized and sent me on my way with a newly installed empty front license plate bracket. While I love my Infiniti, I won't purchase another one from here!!
