It is disgusting the way leaseholders get treated ...

It is disgusting the way leaseholders get treated , all raven are interested in is how much money they can get from leaseholders by doing jobs that don't need doing. The windows in the block of flats need replacing , which haven't been done for 30 years but no raven would rather waste money on decorating that don't need doing evey 5 years.

I have been a tenant for a long time and Raven has done a lot for me and my family they have provide me with a house I can now call home. The staff are really nice and always willing to help.

I have been given a nice home in a pleasant area and looked after very well. Raven have conducted repairs which they are responsible for and offered advice about those which are mine. My rent is very fair in the current market and I have no complaints!

I would not give raven ht any star review , They do not follow their own policy or procedure. Management seem incompetent and hide behind email and non-fact finding despot tick box exercises, if they cared anything about the residents who pay their salaries, maybe they would follow they own policy and procedures correctly, and not show discriminating and bias standpoints. worse landlord i've ever had, and I've had the privilege of working with some of the better ones, and they don't even come close. Spoken to a few raven residents and not many have a good word to say about them either. Half of the complaints made about raven are up held, (50%), i think that says it all. check their own site, very poor statics.
Maybe their needs to be better lessons learnt, you say your resident focused, but it does not seem to reflect in that way at all. very poor customer focus, i am wishing i never moved into one of their managed properties.

Had a problem !-bit of a mix up with dates and times etc But, staff were very pleasant & very helpful, took full responsibility for error , apologised, and sorted it !! admirable I think happy daze

Had a pleasant interview with Raven on a Monday (Jim Snelson). Got a call back from the recruitment agency two hours after that I was accepted and a salary offer was made by phone. I accepted the offer. I called every day for a week to receive a start day or official confirmation in writing. On Friday I called and insisted to speak to someone. I then had a call back from the agency to tell me that they have changed their mind and will not be going forward with the position.
I had an interview with Mitie that I have turned down during this period.
They did not even bother to call back after to say that they have changed their mind.
Later edit: After the review was posted. I got a prompt call back from the agency diplomatically asking me to remove the review as it "will be detrimental to myself in the long run when they will have that position available again".
I hope this helps you decide.

We are a supplier for Raven Housing Trust helping them with some marketing and communications work, so while we aren't a customer, we have been up close and personal in witnessing the approach and treatment of customers. We have been so impressed by the lengths they go to to help, support and include their clients in the work that they do. From the top down there is a culture of wanting to help people which you feel as soon as you walk through the doors. A fabulous company to work with and one that is continuously striving to be better for their customers. Great work Raven!

WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME!!!

raven are useless and can't do there job at all!! Waiting for 3 months for them to repair my place and they are avoiding doing it!! All there interested in is your money and dont care about there property if it's falling down!! I've reported them to environment health and my local MP thinking of taking legal action.. avoid avoid avoid at all cost

Raven consciously neglect less supported or less privileged tennants using campaign's of intimidation and their legal strong arm to their own ends. Properties are not maintained despite policies and procedures in place, we notified raven when we took on the tenancy 3 years ago and then again at our 1 yearly review that there were serious roof and damp issues 2 months ago our ceiling fell down outside the front door and we have a 2x1m hole with water pooring down and into our property, and constant drips on the ceiling throughout our flat. I have been in to the office twice with the intention of coming to a resolution about how to make our property safe, but raven have continually brushed off our pleas and failed to make any further contact with me. Nothing short of abuse of power with no social conciense.. as detailed in the countless other reviews not from Raven employees.

Raven have provided me with an affordable home for...

Raven have provided me with an affordable home for which I am very grateful. When moving into the property however it was filthy and in a dire state with most of the lights not working. Overall the staff are courteous however there are a portion whom treat residents as second class citizens and sadly they do not seem to be pulled up on it. I understand raven have to deal with some unsavoury sorts however it is wrong to treat everyone this way. Everybody deserves respect regardless of their financial state unless they prove otherwise. Raven would do well to better train some of their staff members. One income officer in particular.
