Nobody tells you the differences when choosing the cash register? There are supposedly none? Tip: choose any other cash register than the public one. The public sit back a lot and don't really work. Have not received a wage payment several times within a year because they can't manage the communication with the RAV, probably because it's in-house and they are directly connected to each other and don't have to lift a finger. If you do choose the AWA, remember to ask personally at the counter every month whether the wages will be paid or whether you are still waiting for something in particular. If you do not ask, there will simply be no wages and you will not be able to submit what you need later, because no one will inform you. It's nice how our tax money is spent.

Unfortunately you have to min. award a star, if it were up to me, I would not even award half!
Very rude, arrogant clerk.
It does not pass on information and you have to call 50 times until you get an answer 5 days later. But if it is about the fact that you should report back to the RAV, it must be immediately or money will be cut!
A real pig juice shop!

Rather go drugs or sell your bodies, you don't have to expect any help from the RAV. I have been registered for 4 months and have not received a consultation or FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
Called the RAV today and after 56 MINUTES NOBODY HAS ANYONE TAKEN OFF.

UNSERIOUS, UNPROFFESIONAL, ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE

Unfortunately one has to say that one star is too many. Completely incompetent, without motivation and drive, you have the feeling that if the Office for Work did not exist as an employer, most of the employees would be unemployed themselves. To incompetence and lack of motivation, you cannot get rid of the feeling that employees want to ride you specifically in problems (e.g. information that was important in the appointments was not addressed or promises are made to pass on information that will not be followed up). Such behavior unfortunately results in reductions in unemployment benefits. Believe here the office plays nicely in the cards of unemployment insurance. Everything just remains to be written down twice and to bring a large portion of distrust with you. Trust and hope for help is unfortunately out of place here.
