It's a debt collection place I was under lots of pressure to get this paid so I could move on with my life. I had no idea I even had this debt. I settled with them and it's all good now.

After speaking with Gina Sandoval I hade to write another review! I have never had such a positive experience with a "debt collector." Gina was such a help in every way possible! I ve worked with her a number of times and every time I end the call with a smile on my face. Even with my circumstances we had each other laughing! I wish anyone that has had to or will have to deal with a debt collector could have as positive of an experience as I had on December 23, 2020.

This third party debt collecting company kept sending letters to my address, addressed to a friend of mine who lives in the Philippines. I thought the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibited such harassment of friends, coworkers and family of collection attempts from third party debt collectors?
Having permission to photograph and send the letter to my friend, I noticed how it says "Attorneys at Law" at the top, yet the company according to the Better Business Bureau is only a Third Party Debt Collection Agency. They also include multiple addresses on their letter, making the district of their license to enter into "legal practice" questionable as well.
I had to send them a notarized letter of cease and desist at using my home address as a collecting attempt of a friend of mine. They can fly to the Philippines and find who they're looking for themselves if they want to resolve some alleged debt from my friend. I'm not disclosing any information.

The Gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice. We had a great conversation making it a very easy and not so stressful. I really wish more people were like him. I truly appreciate you kindness.

I spoke with a Malcolm he was absolutely amazing and helped me with my account, he made it so easy we need more people like him working at businesses like this, he was polite, easy to talk to, made the process easy, just a wonderful experience all around!!!! This is management material.

This was the first time I've ever had a pleasant encounter with a collector. Rachel is excellent at her job. She actually seems to care about the client's issues. Your company should feel lucky to have such an employee. She was prompt and friendly and solved my issue with ease. Thanks!!

I was worried about settling my debt for a while and Annie Franke and Jaleesa Griffin talked me through it in a kind, understanding, and professional manner. If you're okay with waiting through the process it can be relatively painless. I'm just waiting on the last bit of paperwork and then my tension about this debt will be gone.

Cora was able to help me out and she really went above and beyond what she even needed to do to make sure that this was something that could be taken care of. She was patient and incredibly kind, answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that I understood everything that we spoke about. This woman deserves a raise!

I want to thank Lauren Riley for being patient with me and helping to resolve an ongoing issue. She was professional but yet very pleasant to work with. I have interacted with a number of agents but not one took the time to actually listen to my plight as Lauren Riley did! Thank you so much for making a bad experience positive.
