Medico Legal agency deals with accident claims reports professionally.

This is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with!! They make appointments for you and then don't stick to them themselves.... They kept waiting on both occasions for half an hour but by then it was too late. They don't seem to care and say they are"busy!" Its funny because clearly no one else can be busy. Their GP's are completely unprofessional and i would not recommend anyone use them

really wished i googled this company before using them
they are useless.
i was sent to a physio appt 102 miles away from home, when rescheduled locally amongst themselves they cant seem to find any evidence of this.
they are now asking me for proof of visit?
this is unheard of.
i would highly not recommend

Be wary - this company, trading as 3D Rehabilitation, breached my personal medical data. They sent an entire confidential medical report to a driving instructor - Information commissioners' office ruled that they had failed to follow data protection principles. Case ongoing.

daughter is goin threw muliple appointments threw 3d rehabition because of theys wouldnt never recommend premex to anyone at all medical people aint anybetta just send u to loads off appointments on a wild goose chase

Do not accept this company if your solicitor recommended them.
They are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very sliw sorting claims for people who are not at fault

I was meant to have a video call appointment I was contacted 10 minutes before my appointment via text confirming the time and that I would need 2 forms of id I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time then tried to call and text the number that text me and was completely ignored

Not at all impressed with my contact with Premex to date. They don't respond to emails and I previously had to get the solicitor to contact them in order to prompt a response. Now, yet again, they are ignoring emails. I have asked the solicitor to investigate using a different company as their lack of professionalism doesn't fill me with confidence (and neither does the poor reviews on here and on Trustpilot).
