Average room facilities and stretched with the department of service
away from rooms. Impacting on good customer service.

Was good exp, if you like spicy food. Tell upfront that you need spicy. As the food is not at all spicy

Shabby toilets, poor infra in room, pathetic room dining facility. Unnecessarily costly.

Cottage rooms are smaller than normal rooms. The network in rooms is very poor. Costly restorant....!

Very bad place to stay....but problem is No other choice available. Can say better in bunch of other bad properties

Had an average stay in this hotel..the food is tasty and staff is friendly and warm..the only let down is the upkeep of the rooms..especially the bathroom which needs tremendous improvement as its very basic and ordinary like some dharamshaala. Definitely doesnt have the resort feeling..if you just see the bathroom

Good buffet breakfast. Slightly high priced compared to the quality and options available.

Rustic but not luxury, some maintenance is required to electrical installation and internet server .

Internet is not free and is very expensive and low quality, you pay for one week and if two days is not working you don't get refund, this is not correct.

Rooms are not bad but the beds are made of stones , good cleaning, good laundry service .
Bathroom spacious and towel are ok .

Restaurant service is not bad, the food is ok, the buffet is food is ok, a la carte some times take very long time. Restaurant employees are kind .

Place is beautiful as it is in the reverside. Daman ganga is just passing though it. Cool environment. But food is not that much good.

There is to much gst without any reasons it is not good

Ras resort, a very old and famous resort in Silvasa. The resort has a unique advantage of river view from rooms. But, unfortunately, the rooms are not upgraded with time and are poor compared to the tariff charged. The rooms are exactly same as I used to see them 10 years ago. They need to renovate rooms to match the tariff charged. Food is good though.

Nice place , excellent food, service also good. But some room and furniture now old. There connectivity problem. Also in room not a plug point.

Good place, courteous staff. It does not have the upkeep of a 4 star hotel. The rooms are big, bathrooms aren't clean. Toilets are not clean. Food is exorbitantly priced. Small swimming pool of 3 ft, badminton court is available. A good place for retired people if they want to just Chill. Overall an average resort.

Lovely resort with plenty of activities for kids - swimming, badminton court, TT and carrom tables. Nice sit-outs facing the river on the ground floor. Good quality snacks at the restaurant (we didn't have the main meals).

Hotel ambiance is very good. Although the food is a bit costly but teste is not bad. The best part is the big round table at the corner of the dinning hall. Helpful staff also.

Not worth for the price paid.

Stayed there for around 3 days.But the resort looks old and the rooms are equipped with only the basic features. Wifi which is a basic feature in hotels and resorts these days are not available and you have to pay additionally to get that. Very limited variery is there in morning buffet. The staff is very friendly thought. Price isn't reasonable.

Best place to have dinner with good ambiance in SILVASSA teretorry... Requirements are more visit to have a actual review about food otherwise location and interior are good. Enjoy the property and n good food. Plz don't go through the buffet meal as less choice and more money. Test is oky who've average. Have a Wounderful stay.

Nice place to party with friends and family, very good staff member and food quality is also good.

This is a great hotel in Silvassa, not too far from the main town. Great property. I had stayed in the Executive River room. Nice and clean room. Very helpful staff. Although the swimming pool was quite dirty most of the times. The Bistro Restaurant is also excellent, but the buffet was okay. Definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Silvassa.

Service was nice & Mr. Sailesh mahyavanshi was cooperative... N also food was good.... & also staff was supported...
