If I could give this place a 0 I would. They towed my car at 3:50am and I got it back at 12pm and had to pay $218.50 I gave the worker $230.50 and he tried to give me back only a dollar saying he doesn t have change . Nothing but a SCAM MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS! What company doesn t have change?
Anyone giving them more than 1 star has to be an employee or someone who works there friend, especially to give them a decent rating.. The lady who works at the desk can not even articulate her words properly. Not only that but she is most RUDE!! PLEASE WATCH FOR FAKE REVIEWS, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE 2 STARS OR MORE.
Rapid Towing is not professional because of double parking on Pangea Lakes Property (133rd and Indiana) as I told the man its not damn double parking where there have three space parking lanes. As he said have proof picture that where is the car parking. I told him I know where I can properly parking lane on 3rd and you should check on other car because it is not parking parking lane closed to my car on the line and avoid hit the 4th car. All he want do is me pay $218 with DL and debit card. I told him no I ain't going pay for it and let me speak with the manager about parking lane issue.

I can t begin to tell y all how LIVID I am, they are extremely unprofessional. I parked next to the handicap sign in a spot where there was no sign they towed my car saying it was a picture on the ground and when I looked it was clearly light as hell and it was dark not to mention I was running in the nail shop to get my grandmother and I have a handicap sign so I am on my way and I will be calling the police once I am there because this has got to be illegal.
All towing companies are thieves and scammers, specialy this one, they pride the cups so they can give them business
Was told to pRk at the back of building 12119 at blue Island apartments. They told my car and was sitting right out front o. The road with tow truck. My wallet is inside the car and they won't let me go to the car to get my wallet to pay the tow which is 218.50 exact change get if cash or credit card.
This place is just employs rude unprofessional thieves. They skulk around parking lots looking for peoples cars to steal. The woman I spoke to was loud, rude and cursing. She lied multiple times, including to the police. Changed the original paperwork from the illegal tow they performed. She called someone while dealing with me and discussed details of my case with them while laughing and joking about the situation and calling me out of my name. I ve never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by a place calling themselves a business. I caution anyone trying to shop in the 87th street plaza. The owner of the property is apparently aware of the repeated theft and continues to do business with these crooks.
The guy at the home base was very polite however his partner that took my vehicle don't want to see him again
This tow company only tow and do what s expected of them by private owners.Customers have issues and I was one of those customers but I had to understand if I had not parked in handicap which I m not handicap my car would not have gotten towed and leaving your car unattended as if it s your own parking garage so others can t park that are actually shopping/working You should have your car towed at your expense..I love this company and would refer them to any private business and know the job is going to get done!!(These tow truck drivers are consistent at this type of work!
