Complete disregard for their neighbors. They use the public streets to park their repossess cars, they spend hours with alarms blaring loud disrupting the neighborhood. They literally disturb the peace of the neighborhood they need to move to a place where there's only warehouses. Away from urban and family neighborhoods
This has to be the nicest Towing Staff I have ever met, no exaggeration. From the front desk, to their team in the Yard. Absolutely no problem arranging pickup via their online appointment system and all costs were upfront. No scratches, dents or dings, and every single penny left as is. Thank You so much for the help!
Called so many times. No one answers. I received my car back with the warning malfunction sign on. I don t understand what they did. Now I have to get it fixed. Worst service ever.
Very professional and polite employees. They will help you if you need it. I needed to pickup my personal items with some special circumstances and they made sure they took care of me. Trustworthy

These people have the worse customer service not to mention that they are a bunch of thieves. My car was taken by them, they were only able to remove my belongings from the interior and not the trunk because they didn t have the keys. Called several times and there was always an excuse about them not being able to set an appointment. The one time they did set it up I was unable to make it due to a family emergency. I advised them of this and requested to reschedule, they told me that day that their system was down and to call back later on. Called later on and they answered immediately placed me on hold to never return to the line. Called the following day to setup the appointment once again. Then once the appointment was set was advised that my stuff had been thrown away and the only things that were still left were the items in the trunk. Went to retrieve what was left and also noticed several items missing that were in the trunk and they claim to not have seen anything. It s funny how some tools in the trunk were returned but yet. $600 Matco jump box mysteriously disappeared. Then when I asked about the tag of the car they said that they threw it away. This company has by far the most rudest and inconsiderate individuals working for them, there isn t even a shred of customer service. No matter what line of work you re in there should always be some sense of customer service. I will be reporting them as well to the department of consumer services, I work in the same field as them and I d never tolerate that type of behavior. If you feel you ve been wronged by them file a complaint as well, one might not make a difference but 100 people with the same issues and scenarios will.
I came here with my brother to pick up his possessions after his car was repossessed. We were taken care of by Camyl, she was very kind and patient, answered all 100 of our questions professionally and guided us through the whole process. I can't speak on the transporters but the office staff is amazing. Thank you for the great service!
Had to put a start to be able to post the review, but I give them a -5 stars
My truck was repo, my fault and I do not blame them for taking my truck, that is their job, but......... They take everything out of the vehicle and catalogue it Why? Does the finance company tells them to do it?
First they make you sign a document saying that you have receive ALL of your property and in good condition BEFORE they will release your property; in my case they stole (taking someone else's property without their consent and not returning it is THEFT according to the dictionary and the law) one of my diving cylinders, a diving mask, a K&N air filter cleaning kit, a 1/2" drive torque wrench, an air mattress with the air pump.
And you have no recourse because you have already sign that you receive all of your property and in good condition.
Maybe those former or current employees of the place that are writing those beautiful reviews are the beneficiaries of the "missing" items.
Perhaps we could all get together and file a class action suit.
IMHO they are nothing but thieves that catalog what you have in your vehicle to see what strike their fancy and they take it
I'd like to share that my experience wasn't bad at all. I had valuable shades and earrings in my car and when my husband went to pick up our personal belongings, everything was turned in to him. Chargers and all. Thank you for making this process smooth.
This company busted 3 sprinkles locate inside a private property in order to take my daughter car because of late payments, if they ask I will allow the towing without any issue, sometimes you don't have to assume, people are in rebel actitud, because they are going thru a harsh time economically, I am the owner of the house and didn't know about the issue, I have it in video surveillance camera. Poor judgement.
