These people have the worse customer service not t...

These people have the worse customer service not to mention that they are a bunch of thieves. My car was taken by them, they were only able to remove my belongings from the interior and not the trunk because they didn t have the keys. Called several times and there was always an excuse about them not being able to set an appointment. The one time they did set it up I was unable to make it due to a family emergency. I advised them of this and requested to reschedule, they told me that day that their system was down and to call back later on. Called later on and they answered immediately placed me on hold to never return to the line. Called the following day to setup the appointment once again. Then once the appointment was set was advised that my stuff had been thrown away and the only things that were still left were the items in the trunk. Went to retrieve what was left and also noticed several items missing that were in the trunk and they claim to not have seen anything. It s funny how some tools in the trunk were returned but yet. $600 Matco jump box mysteriously disappeared. Then when I asked about the tag of the car they said that they threw it away. This company has by far the most rudest and inconsiderate individuals working for them, there isn t even a shred of customer service. No matter what line of work you re in there should always be some sense of customer service. I will be reporting them as well to the department of consumer services, I work in the same field as them and I d never tolerate that type of behavior. If you feel you ve been wronged by them file a complaint as well, one might not make a difference but 100 people with the same issues and scenarios will.
