Place has gone down hill since day i started. Noticed lots of favoritism in my time here. Supervisors in skilled trade work areas had no knowledge to help a strugling employee. Instead just sit there and give you dirty looks and yell at you because your strugling so poor supervision is a major flaw there. Pay scale is completely jacked, instead of paying an employee what they are worth they rather hire someone off the street for more money instead of giving an employee a raise. They have no care for employees at all. Dont work here you will regret it. Worked here 5 years till i just couldnt deal with the B.S anymore. They say employee owned but the environment is very hostile and no employee makes any decisions on how things should be. Instead Poor leaders are running things to the ground. Turn Over rates are extremely high, many come and many go. Shop is full of lies and bad management. Last but not least they will not give raises anymore!! Why work where you cant get treated right and where you cant get a raise!! They Still owe me a weeks pay for vacation when i left, i doubt i will ever see that!

They treat their employees terribly and will lay people off out of nowhere. If they don't like you, they will harass, degrade, and pick you apart until there is nothing left. The owner has no idea what he is doing and creates more problems then he solves. The two women supervisors on first are women haters and will demean you if you ever dare speak up against them. They will completely lie to you to get you to work there and make you do work thats not even in your job description. NEVER WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE AND TREATED LIKE YOUR LESS THEN HUMAN.

New employee at Rapid-Line. I have been her 6 months now. New management team is working hard to renew the culture within the organization and is making progress. Lots of positive changes being implemented. Great place to work. Employee owned ESOP. I see great potential for growth. New company purpose - To contribute to a better way of life for our employees, customers, and community.
