Field Adjuster was a good guy and "Johnny on the spot" per say. The inside where everything is processed doesn't get in any kind of hurt and could careless if your house is fixing to fall off the foundation. It's probably on, if not past 3 months since Field Adjuster came out.
Been trying for months to get communication, and very limited response. I ask about ACV check and was told soon. What does mean? Very soon was the reply. I cant believe that Berkshire Hathaway Guard would even stand to have these people treating there clients this way.

This company is intentionally not responsive and dragging their feet. The examiner assigned to the claim doesn't even answer her phone. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. They should not be in business as what they are doing is totally lacking in integrity and tries to stonewall claims.
I don't know any insurance company that should trust these clowns with adjusting claims.
My adjuster Eric C. did the best he could in working with my insurance company. He answered my questions the best he could and called me back when needed. I hope if I have another incidence I could work with Eric.
I really like that they take the time to open their doors for you when coming or leaving. Excellent customer service.
Terrible and unprofessional! It has been more than 3 months since we have submitted the claim and the people who work here do not even show the courtesy of responding to the emails or phone calls. I don't even understand how Kayla shoemaker is still keeping her job. She would not even respond to multiple emails sent. If Berkshire is going to use this company again for claims, I probably need to think about renewing my insurance with them.
