Ramsis Hilton Review

It does need an update for sure. Cleanliness was not the best overall and the furniture is showing signs of wear . Our wardrobe door handle felt apart , so did the drawer of the desk in our room....etc....Service could also improve in some areas . Not a bad choice if your plan is to use the hotel for showering and sleeping, however it is for sure not a 5 star.

From Hilton only the name. If you like a dirty old room with remnants of lipstick on a cup, a dirty old towel, then this will suit you. I liked the cosmetics in the bathroom.

Great view from the balconies, good food and nice rooms. One of the best 5* hotels in Egypt.

Nile view is breathtaking. Staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are well maintained and clean but is outdated and needs renovation up to 26th floor but room. Shisha place moved to pool side which has nice views. Executive lounge on 26th floor is nice with mini hot meal available in the afternoon.

It is a very nice place Restaurant also and good food and service Really I enjoyed

A hotel with a Maastahl unfortunately, no old star, old furniture, unhealthy bathrooms ... etc

I hated it because they did not have a variety in there food and when I ordered something from the menu it didn't come as I wanted it and we had to wait 2hr to get the room which was not completed even after 2hr there was no water, towels, mugs, and pillows so I advise you not to make a reservation in Ramses Hilton

Had some of the best stays here and I would repeat it again for sure, pleasant staff and a comfy bed what more can you ask for.

A hotel with the most courteous Concierge and Executive Room Staff you could want. Everything is done in house if you ask for help.

By far the best hotel in the whole of Egypt. Everything is just world class, the food, room services, facilities, etc.

Excellent service, very good disposition of its employees, very comfortable in its facilities, perfect location.
The only negative observation, is not having Spanish speaking staff

I have visited this hotel to get information for a personal trip in Cairo
I could see a room and the hotel facilities
The hotel is globaly old and in a poor condition
The pool is located along the road and then, very noisy
I had also the impression that the room was noisy
The hotel is surrounded by roads

We waited more than an hour for registration because the system was down, had a room on the 29th floor, nice size room nice size kingsize bed, good breakfast, nice location, only minor point is that the traffic is crowded and there is a lot of noise.

Still on the old despite the renovations feel the fragrant history, especially the pharaohs

The place is Khorfi is not a real need but suitable treatment very beautiful place is old but not very similar to what is Mtgirish small but very small place is located next to the Nile and in front of the Egyptian Museum and kilometers close to the island means ten minutes to the tower and violin opera and the museum of aquatic life and the garden and the pyramids and the museum The Great Egyptian

I am right now in the Hotel, it is my last day and I have to say that the facilities are very good, safety, comfort, attention ...
Many people commented that the Wi-Fi signal was not going well, because to me and my partner the signal has gone perfectly from minute 1 throughout the hotel and even in the area of the entrance the signal is still working, I've made video calls, seen series .... and PERFECT!
Another thing is that you have everything inside but at the entrance you have a bank, where you can change euros to pounds or extract pounds from the ATM.
What I found spectacular is breakfast!
It is incredible, there is everything you can imagine, in cheeses, breads, sweets, juices, dairy, food ....
It's our first time in Cairo, but I'm sure that if we come back, we'll come to this Hotelazo !!

Very strange hotel before entering the rooms suggest you that this hotel five stars and when you enter the room you find that this hotel does not deserve star star alone old furniture very dilapidated I gave him two stars because of the Roman service as well as breakfast

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel the last week.found this hotel very nice and clean. The staff was always trying to help and seemed really eager to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast that was included in our stay was a full breakfast that was really wonderful every morning over looking the Nile. The beds were really very comfortable. The rooms had a nice little balcony that you could stand out on.Special Thanks to all Reception staff under leadership of Mustafa Khalaf...wish all the best for all ..

A five star hotel. In a vital area in downtown Cairo. All services are required by the guest. Even souvenirs, moneychangers, markets, antiques, antiques, clothing, shoes and cinema. The treatment of staphyl is very bad and I do not wish to live again

The staff is really friendly and the hotel location is nice overlooking the Nile river, but the rooms need renovation as well as the toilets.
