They only allow shesha smoking indoors where food is served, not at the adjacent open air pool.
Weird.

Good quality, although it is not the most luxerious hotel in Cairo.

The reception is great and the service is excellent and there is a quick follow up of the guest service

Frankly, I saw more services in the hotel than hotels of the same level and I liked the warm reception of the staff and the speed of their interaction with our requests, and in particular I mentioned the employee Mona, the room cleaning employee, the seventh floor, because I saw in her the love and mastery of work
I also drew my attention to the hotel s wonderful location and its reasonable prices. If this indicates anything, it indicates the merit in managing the hotel by those in charge. I hope that I will return the stay in the next times and further progress.

The reception was very unfriendly. Our room was not ready and had to call around and wait for 20 min before someone came to prepare it. There was no stopper in the bathroom and one of the lights was hanging.

The location of the hotel is excellent

Great hotel, but the dining room for the breakfast buffet is really small. We coincide almost all customers at the same early hour and there is no way to get a table and the queues are plentiful. Otherwise there is no complaint, the comfortable rooms although the bathrooms a little outdated

Great customer service across all areas of hotel! Fabulous, impressively HUGE breakfast buffet was lovely also! Stayed here twice in 10days as part of a 9 day group tour. Will definitely come back again!

Getting into the situation is very difficult and you walk on your foot

Great location of the hotel, however it is misrepresented. We arrived at 2am and it took around an hour to check in, the room they gave us was a non smoking and it smelled of smoking. On day 3 our key cards stopped working and they told me I needed to pay the bill (this was at 1am, as we got home from an evening with friends) and that's why the cards were not working. The replacement cards did not work so we ended up going up and down 3 times, until someone from the staff actually opened the room with the key. The phone was not working, and the internet was super poor, I ended up paying for the internet. The hotel is poorly managed and it needs lot more to make it a 5 star hotel, as they praise themselves to be. It is at most a 3 star hotel.

One of the worst hotels in Cairo, poor service, very crowded place

The hotel is very nice on site and has a fantastic view on the Nile in the southeast direction which overlooks the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Cairo Tower and.
It has a beautiful balcony and the staff are very helpful and the entrance is clean and well maintained but old in its decor. There are two restaurants, one of them is Indian and there is a cafe overlooking the swimming pool. The furniture is old and the bathrooms have no showers. There are currently restoration works I hope to be the best.
The net is for you to grill
I would recommend it for the time being just for the view but not looking for luxury I would not recommend it.

I stayed in Ramses hilton with My Family to attend The Great event in Cairo from the Hotel, I got very nice room with Nile and Tahrir Square View, We saw the event as They attend there, The was very nice and clean very well, Food great, We eat at Room and BREEZES Pool Restaurant, All Team " Security, Reception, Bellman, Restaurant and Room service and House keeping were helpful and smile all the time, Front Office understand very well thier Guests needs and did all efforts to get unforgotable stay, That was expected as We used to stay in Ramses Hilton the best Hotel in Cairo, Will back again very soon, Thank You all team

The hotel is good but the wi-fi on the hotel is to baaad , very bad

The name Hilton doesn t really fit to the expectations. Food quality is not really good and atmosphere is not inviting however location is good rooms are quite good.

The thing that cannot be imagined is the slow check-in as the continuous congestion throughout the day, the reception needs to increase the staff to serve the guests, this is not the first time nor the second, but many times I live in the Ramses Hilton and the situation is still the same
