DO NOT BOOK A WEDDING EVENT AT THIS LOCATION! Devon the host ruined my daughter s wedding. Devon told us she was shutting it down and threatened to kick us out. I would love to tell you why but that is still a mystery. Her co-workers tried to reason with her. The photographer and DJ had never heard of anything like this. Devon changed her story every-time someone tried to talk to her to try to justify her behavior. No proof... didn t talk to the 3-4 guests that she felt broke the rules and caused major drama for no reason. Total nightmare and will be contacting management.

Booked 2 rooms by calling to discuss our needs and found out by email the morning before we left on vacation that our rooms were booked wrong and they had no rooms for us. I called and they worked out to allow us to come due to fact we have one handicapped person. Check in went smooth with no issues. Only 1 elevator worked most of our stay. The floor we stayed on smelled of pot the entire time and after reading reviews see that's others noticed the smell too. Pool was a lot smaller than pictured. Rooms were nice but beds in the handicapped room were very high and hard to get someone in and out of who is paralyzed. Staff was nice and helpful the entire stay. Days after leaving I was charged more money on my card and was told it was due to dog urine; we cleaned and sprayed all areas were dogs urinated off pads. We paid the dog fee for the room when we checked in and they were aware that they were putting us in a room that was not marked as pet room due to the issue their company made with booking. Still waiting on a call back to correct this issue and hopefully get back my $200.
We decided to come here based on savings. For the $$$ we had the BEST experience! Staff was impeccable, rooms clean, pool nice, and literally connected to the beach. Beachcombers is a delight for breakfast and the waitstaff is amazing! Pet friendly. Handicap accessible 100%. Highly recommend! Please my review.
Whatever you do, do NOT book a wedding event at this location. Devin was beyond unreasonable and horrible. She threatened us and proceeded to close the entire event for a reason NO ONE knows. Beyond disgusted by this woman. All other workers were understanding. DJ had never heard of such. Devins workers were trying to reason with her. Devin lied multiple times and caused issues for NO reason on such a special day. Devin needs to be reported.
This place feels more like a motel. Price is too high for what they are offering. It s unacceptable to pay 100$/night for a week-day in January when it s off season. I got the 4th floor, after paying extra for an upgrade. I got there after midnight, so probably the FD was sleeping in the back, because I called twice and nobody answered the phone and I waited in the lobby 5 minutes until someone showed up. Long story short, what was the most annoying thing, next morning around 8-9 am, I guess someone was remodeling the hotel, because from the room above us, lots of noise and banging like they were demolishing it. The noise scared me out of my sleep. It s unacceptable for them to do that when they have customers sleeping in the hotel. They should ve waited until everyone checked out or do it in the afternoon. Very disappointed. Also, after the shower, in the morning, some cockroach was seen in the bathroom coming out of a crack in the floor and running under the sink. Won t recommend this place to anyone. It was the same price with the Comfort Inn next door. I should ve stayed there. They had the parking lot full of vehicles, while Ramada had 3 vehicles in the parking lot. Now it makes sense why.
Super easy access to the beach. Hot tub and pool were fun. Room was modern and cozy. Front desk was helpful and returned my lost phone. Across the street from American Pie which is the best pizza I've ever had
Loved this place! Staff was super nice and attentive to all our needs. Indoor pool hot tub. Limit of three because of covid was a little tricky getting in. Ocean front room awesome view! Rooms great! Everything we needed for a long weekend away. Thanks to the staff for a great stay! We will be back!
Everything was excellent. Our ocean view was stunning at day and night. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The website is very clear about the covid changes and the staff is more than willing to explain anything if you call. Special shout out to the custodial staff, they were constantly working and always said hi to my kids in the hall. That may be a little gesture but it is very sweet.
We are very impressed with the hotel. The room is outstanding, we picked an ocean view and it's magnificent. The room has all the amenities we needed. The bed is fairly comfortable, pretty well worn so kind of a dip in the middle, however perfectly comfortable, the pillows are Very good not too puffy. The bathroom is excellent, the shower has a really good handrail and great water pressure. The little kitchen area has a microwave a coffee maker or tea maker and a refrigerator which is super cold. We went to Beachcomers restaurant last night for dinner and drinks overlooking the ocean. It's open Wednesday through Saturday at present until they can get the staff to be open more days. The breakfast was also fine, again only open some of the week. If you're looking for a place to sit and enjo the ocean, this is it! Easy walk down to the beach from the hotel boardwalk. We would stay here again. Very happy with the cleanliness, they even have air scrubbers with ozone in the corridors. We travel with our own ozone machine, and felt we didn't even need it in this room.
