Booked 2 rooms by calling to discuss our needs and found out by email the morning before we left on vacation that our rooms were booked wrong and they had no rooms for us. I called and they worked out to allow us to come due to fact we have one handicapped person. Check in went smooth with no issues. Only 1 elevator worked most of our stay. The floor we stayed on smelled of pot the entire time and after reading reviews see that's others noticed the smell too. Pool was a lot smaller than pictured.
Rooms were nice but beds in the handicapped room were very high and hard to get someone in and out of who is paralyzed. Staff was nice and helpful the entire stay. Days after leaving I was charged more money on my card and was told it was due to dog urine; we cleaned and sprayed all areas were dogs urinated off pads. We paid the dog fee for the room when we checked in and they were aware that they were putting us in a room that was not marked as pet room due to the issue their company made with booking. Still waiting on a call back to correct this issue and hopefully get back my $200.
