Ramada Plaza Doha Review

3-star level for several reasons, location and abuse of some service staff and lack of many services

It very good for stay, good hospitality, good people, cooperate.

Bad staff, bad smell in hotel and in room. No hot water in shower

Nice hotel, cooperative staff and good service. Swimming pool available for 24 hrs.

Excellent hotel we add and its price is reasonable
The rooms are small

beautiful place to relax yourself and family . home away from home . nice doha view .

Was good only had a meal at the hub but very nice staff are what makes it very nice service was excellent

From here, you can walk healthy to several interesting objects

Afordable, Good pool, good gym, good rooms and bathrooms, near wafi mall and corniche, room service is expensive, lots of restaurants nearby will make up for the variety food options

I stayed at the ramada encore hotel and was a pleasure to say at ramada and would stay again I found the staff very polite and all ways helpful and you could not ask for a better location to see doha and visited the historic signs,

Pathetic is the word! In double king size bed room, the size of bed was a small queen size bed.. restaurant is horrible

One of the worst 4 star you may have. Be careful about who gives good reference, all not true, bad as the following :

1- So stinky smell.
2- very old furniture.
3- furniture dirty with scratches and missed use.
4- fly's and insects in toilet flying.
5- bed-sheets dirty and smells and not changed.
6- no hot water in toilet.
7- All electric out let not working easily.
8- The room floor is dirty old and broken.
9- Iron board is dirty.
10- No sleepers.
11- Old and intermittent towels.
12- worst breakfast , they can't make omelet!.
It's not even a 2 star hotel, attach photos. Management please Return my money back.
The stuff try to show other rooms but all was in worse condition and It took long time to negotiate to refund me back and its a week already and nothing happens.

One of the best hotels i have ever stay!!!!!!!! Thanks to all can't wait to stay again on my way back

Fast internet connection, breakfast is ok, room price expensive during weekends

Peaceful, private, near the market, but not safe. In a safe hotel Outside is scary

Everything was fine.. But we didn't have hot water in the Bathroom..

This Hotel is always cheating on their costumers. They took twice of the price (once when I booked and also when I wantet to check in (they told me that I did not pay, also when I showed them that I already haved payd).
They do not call you a Taxi, becouse they want all the customers to take they own Taxi (which is elemtaly much more expansive)

I highly recommend Ramada Encore because of it's value for money.

The only untoward thing is the limited parking space available to guests. The problem gets worst if you reach the hotel very late night

Have been staying on this hotel for 7days. No words to express my gratitude to all the staff especially Ms. Maya Gomez, the kitchen Head Chef, thank you so much for the yummy foods! kudos to your staff as well! Job well done! Keep it up! God bless and keep safe always!

I think the hotel is good and the staffs are responsive. Unfortunately in the first day, the internet has problem. Overall good.

Spend my quarantine here. Rooms are neat & tide but not modern. Food was also good. (Their was no choice of indian foods). Can't say anything about room service their was none due to quarantine.

my room was very small. but nevertheless i had a good stay, this hotel is near to souq Waqif.

Its really good hotel with all services, Specially the front Office staff Ms. Santoshi & Mr. Sanju

Clean, modern, with gym & pool. Great staff. Food is mediocre, buffets are a disaster. Rooms can be to noisy.

It's great hotel in a cosmopolitan (skip) part of Doha, don't let that put you off. Once they finish building the Metro it will be great for getting around central Doha. Helpful staff (can't fix the poxy lift though). AND it has parking. Breakfast is over-priced, go to petrol station! 10 for a coffee

Room was nice but small. Polite staff. There was no warm water for one night, bathroom sink was clogged, power outlets were mediocre.

Best Hotel. close to souq and all local resturants. Staff are extremely helpful they go above and beyond to help you.
SANJAY is one the best staff. He help me track the taxi I accidentally left my mobile in and got it back in hotel within half an hour. GREAT Customer service Clean rooms reasonable price . I would Definitely stay here next time.

The club is small to be fair but the swimming pool is under maintenance. It is treated well. There is a nice ironing and fridge. Parking is small but particular to the hotel

Fair prices.. Older hotel but under new management.. Simple, catered to what we needed and that was an indoor heated pool

Awesome hotel in doha city cheapest price and best service..!

Don't have good gym as per photos, bed size is too smaller than show up in photos. Rest of things are good like reception swimming pool ambiance cleaning etc
