As a Covid Nurse Responder, I have been in and out of many hotels. This one by far is one of my favourites! Mr. Nasser the supervisor in charge for the housekeeping checks on my needs everytime especially during days I put my room on DND because most of the time I m just sleeping even on days I am off. They know that I am most of the time exhausted and my room always is a mess because I just toss all my things around especially after a toxic shift. Mr. Manu Sukumaran is my favorite staff because it has been more than a month he s been keeping my room tidy and provides me my essentials and make sure my laundered uniforms are in place and in order even if I m not around. It just feels so comfortable and safe in the place I call home away from home after taking care of patients.

Have been staying here for 4 months now - this is my 2nd review.

For the last couple of months now, my room has been maintained by Md Amir and he has been doing a great job!

We were living in Dubai before, in establishments such as the Marriott & Hyatt Galleria Residences.

Although the rooms, furniture, etc at the Ramada may not be on par with such establishments, they are decent enough and in good shape.

However, of worthy mention are the services rendered by the staff which are top notch - Md Amir is one just example.

The experience in its entirety is highly recommended!

The trip and stay at this hotel was great but!
The main issue which I would definitely like to criticize on the management and the hotel reservation people that once the room was booked through booking.com and the charges were paid off before the check-in and also it was notified that the people are arriving at 6 am in the morning then it is the responsibility of the hotel to take good and extra care for the guest as they could be tired off during travelling, but here we have faced ashamed when hotel people say we don't have rooms available! That was painful and shocking, despite booking and notifications of early check-in they must have to make necessary arrangements so that guest will not face any difficulties. We have spent 5 hrs in the lobby with luggage to wait for the availability of rooms.
For such a branded Hotel chain such kind of behavior is not expected neither accepted.
I would definitely like to tell the travelers before you are making the booking for this hotel first of all get a written confirmation from them that they will give you the room at your designated time. Else make the booking without payment! So hat you can cancel it without any penalties.

The room service , house keeping every thing was good. Clean and tidy. Room service by vinod brother was good. I like the hotel the security the service every one treated me great. Thankful to all.

We've been there on Christmas 2019. It's a real flat what is very convenient. Supervisors are good, but some stuff in the restaurant can be unfriendly. Good food, but wasn't red meat at all, so we I bought food for me in a Supermarket. But in general various fruit, salads, sweets. Seafood also good.
Minus -no territory for kids. But price and location is good

Shanlie who is working on front desk is very polite and cooperative person. If you need anything or any help she react very quickly. Her attitude and way of talking is very nice. Nice staying here good locationwise. Everything just outside the hotel mall , hospital, private taxi facility. They are providing free bus facility to Dubai for visitors.
