I'm a regular guest here and the reason for that is the staff, the hotel facilities, rooms, food and their restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The variety of food is there. The restaurants with an amazing view specially the rooftop where the pool is. The room is clean and comfortable with a great view at night. This is already my home here in Kuwait whenever I'm here for business. I highly recommend to try it.

This hotel staff are cunning peoples.. Stayed 2 days and charged for 3 days...! even wifi connection is also not working... If you tell the staff to arrange taxi to go somewhere, they fix a huge commission and the driver charges considering their commission..Highly not recommended to stay in this hotel.. Pls look for Ibis hotel nearby, it's very cheaper and much better compared to this one...
The location of the property was EXTRAORDINARY and staff was very Helpfull . Reservation Manger and front office guys also they had given good service , Breakfast was good at the property and Rooms are ok with the size and view of the rooms are Amazing in the night and I have attached some the pics taken from my room

Ramada Encore Kuwait, has provided us very good hospitality service when we conducted our program. The staff were very proactive and accommodating to our requests and requirements. The Al Kout restaurant had prepared for us very delicious dishes and variety in the offerings very thoughtful. What impressed me is the attitude of the manager and his staffs they were very accomodating and polite...food is good and the hot chocolate was superb! thanks to Ms. Chickie...Not to forget price is way affordable...My son said mom we should come back here.

Well we went to the buffet of the hotel's restaurant and there wasn't any deserts left. Only pieces of apples. but No. And this was on new years eve.
The hotel is so new that the offered rooftop pool is not ready ... Room top, location top, staff generally very attentive only around breakfast is a breath of air upstairs ... Still like to come back

I hosted me in this hotel twice, for 15 days each time, for a business trip. Was really nice, I could use the gym and the staff it is kind and gentle. One of the best things is the food from the restaurant. Hope to visit again.

Nice and very friendly personal. Rooms are not very big, but comfortable. Room's rates are very reasonable comparing to other hotels in Kuwait. Very good location in downtown. On the middle of a busy place. Neat rooms. Swimming pool was under maintenance.
Nice view, support the winter time and fridge on the monastery and the capital. I carry the time of Morocco and the night is considered a nice place for me to look over the floor 22 and they have a fireplace and charcoal for the warmth and they are distributed as a cable The food they have is normal, I did not feel in it, and the drinks were provided. It is of an ordinary average level, but there is no way that you can enjoy the atmosphere and sit in it.

The cafe was temporarily opened in the beautiful and wonderful Sea Roofs but as I heard it was temporary. The Rove and the pool are only for hotel guests.
Clean nice room. Cleaning of room on daily basis. Cofee, tee and water free of charges plus mini bar available in room. Internet very good and always available and with very good coverage Breakfast with very good options for almost everybody taste. Beautiful view from breakfast restaurant. Very kind personal with extremely professional doing for restaurant service andbalso for daily work. Hotel organising airport pickup/drop and also help for visa issuing. Every revomendation

The hotel is located in downtown Kuwait to get around everywhere easily. The reception people is warm and helpful but the shower bath room is a bit small
The place is humble, but the staff is amazing! The food at Al kout restaurant on the 20th floor is great. The Hotel is accessible by commute and just about 10minutes walk from Alshaheed park and situated alongside Alhamra tower.
Amazing hotel with fantastic services for your events. There are plenty of cafes to as well as an astonishing one on the roof with beautiful views. The staff there are also amazing and professional. Highly recommended
Booking was wrong, staff was not professional in handling the issue, management won t bother to do the right thing. They simply ask you to call your booking agency internationally to find a resolution. Will never stay again.

One of the worst experiences I had in new year s eve. They completely deceived us about the new year celebration in addition the food was awful and the one of the staff was so rude but I didn t want to make a scene and ruined the day on me and my spouse. The whole experience was a disaster!

The hotel is located at the heart of Kuwait city. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Rooms were neat and clean but the room size was small compared to other hotel rooms. There was no kitchen available and this makes longer stay a difficult affair. The breakfast was free but menu was repeated almost all days. There was no common washing machines available and the gym was very small with limited set of equipments.

A very nice and comfortable hotel close to the lively places, the staff are all wonderful and have a very nice and helpful smile, the restaurant food is very delicious and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and exactly like the pictures of the hotel announcements, this is a favorite on my 4 star list and More worthy.
