I found this store location to be very nice. We went on a Saturday after going to the bins. I was finding some pretty nice items, but didn't purchase anything because the checkout lines were way too long for me. The store itself was very crammed packed with racks and people, no room to move around. Didn't have a chance to check out the clothing, but did look at the jewelry counter. This was not your typical Goodwill jewelry counter. These jewels being sold were bought from another distributor that sells to hospital gift shops. So that was disappointing, now I know one of the reasons their prices have gone up. Might as well just check out the clearance racks at the department store. May or may not try shopping at this location during the week when less busy. Overall, unsure about this location.

This store is horrible!! The husband of a friend of mine accidentally donated her entire collection of her very favorite books by one author and Good Will will not give them back. They have been hemming and hawing and causing all kinds of problems. This was an accidental donation, they would be happy to give other books instead, but Good Will refuses to help out. This company is a joke, it is not a non for profit as the CEO makes millions of dollars and only pays the works barely $2.00 an hour. They make a profit off your unwanted items and are so greedy they won't even help you out when a mistake is made!!!

HUGE Goodwill store. This particular location in Glendale is where they assist Veterans and adults with developmental, mental and physical disabilities. It is also where the auto auction and homeless veterans apartments are located.

The other day my husband, the kids and I went to take a friend to his brother's apartment. The apartment is weirdly placed and you have to pull in this goodwill parking lot to get to the apartment. We just stopped in the parking lot, the guy got out and walked to his brother's apartment and my husband hopped into the backseat to feed one of the twins before we headed home again. The goodwill had just closed and the manager came out and asked if we was okay. We said yeah sorry just feeding one of the kids then we will leave. He started freaking out saying we have 5 minutes to get out of the parking lot. My husband said let's just leave now. The guy then proceeded to take pictures of us, our plates and CALLED THE COPS! We did EXACTLY what he wanted BEFORE the time he gave us to do it in! Im so disappointed goodwill has a manager like that working for them...

I've been shopping at this Goodwill for many years, ever since I was a child they've always had everything I needed. The prices are a little steep as compared to how they were many years ago? I would think that they would be more reasonable bring that wearing the time of covid-19. But I I can find you always find very good DVDs, and sometime blu rays? And I always have a nice selection of household essentials

I've gone to this Goodwill for years, since I was a teenager. Much of the staff recognize me as a regular and I love having a relationship with them. They are all very friendly. This Goodwill is my favorite place to shop, hands down. I always come out with many hidden treasures at amazing prices, especially clothing for our entire family: my husband, our 2 children, and myself! Outside of clothes I regularly find shoes, kitchen items, furniture, electronics, and many, many DVDs for our children (they love DVDs!) For best results, visit on a Saturday when clothing and other things are 50% off. You won't regret it and your wallet won't either! I LOVE THE GOODWILL!!!

My husband likes to shop here. I never find anything for myself. But I love to go into the friends of Goodwill store. They have new stuff and they have beautiful jewelry and scarves and other miscellaneous things. while he goes and looks for what he wants I usually go to that store inside Goodwill.

We went to Loveland, Ohio Goodwill today . Over half the customers did not have a mask on , the governor's mandate requiring a mask was not posted. When my mother inquired why people allowed in without a mask , she was told corporate was not allowing them to make unmasked people leave . We choose not to enter unless you follow the rules mandated by the governor .

"As Is" auctioneer plays favorites, lets thieves continue getting reinstated and bans bidders for life that try and correct his bidding mistakes. Horrible auction and management doesn't do anything about it except appease the auctioneer. Auction needs a total overhaul of management on down with exception of Paul.

Goodwill Industry is funded especially by Government subsidies and by good people with Good Will who make donations of all kind especially cars to make the goodwill institution function. I myself have naively donated a car in the past to goodwill but it will not make this mistake again. I couldn't believe the way they treat their employees. First their wages of labor employee are very bad view the way the use them. Always the big guys get advantage of the little guy in USA. I was out of work and I tried goodwill for short time and I hated it. They made me work like a slave. I surprised they way everybody wanted me in the position I applied for until I started. I understood why nobody was not lasting in that position or were being fired for poor work because not only the management is rude but also the employees are overwhelmed under the heavy no mercy calvary load they carries everyday with a bad wage. All the management do is to make sure the infrastructure is shining to the view of the outside world in expenses of paying reasonable wages to their employees and treating their employee with dignity and humanity. It is good to maybe buy use things at goodwill BUT Not To Work At goodwill. It was an incredible, crazy and unforgettable experience for me to work at goodwill. I will not advice anyone to work there or for the awful position I held there as an employee. You will think it is a charitable company that would take care better of their employee but you will be surprised like I was. I think the government who is their biggest donor should really audit them not only on their good management but also in every levels especially on its share profit. They will surprised of their salary compare to the wages of their very lower employees. It's ridiculous and very appealing.

Definitely enjoy this thrifting spot I went a couple days ago. (First time thrifting)! & I wish I would ve know about thrifting sooner could ve saved some money lol.. but overall love this spot as well as the outlet. Found about 5 pair of jeans for like 15-20$ on their 50% sale day. And got about 12 pairs of clothing for 30 bucks. Definitely will be going once a week from now on, only on the 50% off days though because I believe those are the best days to go lol

Not a good experience. One star is being generous. Very busy Sunday.. and understandably understaffed, not really employees fault. HOWEVER... after standing in one of the three lines for a minute..she told us she was closed. We moved to the next line... waited over ten minutes.. got to where we were next.. and she tells us... i'm going on break..go to NEXT line...???? ONE line open? Where did customer service go... and common courtesy? Will not go back to this location!

This store auctioned off a FAKE Gibson Les Paul as the real thing. They did ZERO research to tell if it was real or not. This store appears to hold dishonest auctions and should not be trusted.
