Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful food. Can't fault it

Im not sure how to rate my stay.

I was staying twice in 1 week just 6 days apart.

First time we stayed everything went smooth checking etc.

My room had a bad Smell. Talked to staff & i was upgraded to a better/bigger room. & they waived my late check out, ( 4 stars rating)

2nd time we stayed

Well not me
Upon arriving to the hotel I've realised its pretty booked up.

I had 2 of my buddies join me

They booked the room before me so all it was left for me to do is book my room but....

When trying to book my room online they didn't let me book. Every time i completed my booking i got an error saying please re-do your booking.

This happened a few times & everytime i redid the booking the price went up.

Bottom line

After spending 2 hours staff told me they are so sorry for the inconvenience & they have found a room for me in a different hotel 20 min from here.

If you'd like we can arrange a room for me for the price of $95

While my 2 buddies were sleeping & me being from new York i had no choice but to book the room at the other a hotel

So what should my rating be?

Very nice staff. Good hospitality and clean rooms. I spent nice time here

Solid troychka-everything was done in a big way, but a lot of shortcomings - the materials in the rooms used substandard, water for 3 days was set only on arrival, cleaning for three days was only 1 time, sound insulation is bad, breakfast is trying, but the meat plate from the ATB, the cheapest (although orange juice and coffee norms!). It is necessary to do remontik and pull up the shortcomings ...)))

As always, service, attitude, cleanliness at the highest level.

I feel comfortable enough here. Pleasant atmosphere, contact staff. Immediately do not orient yourself where you are:. - in Kyiv or somewhere in Europe. I recommend Kyiv residents and guests!

Feel like at my home . My stays generally quite long period up to 14 days each time. Allways clean, staff helpfull, clean weather , safe parking, nice breakfast.
Studio Room enough for even long term stay with small fully equipped kitchen.
House keeping is ready to help you and keep you clean 24 hours.

Very good hotel; good rooms, restaurant, meeting rooms. Close is the shopping mall with a cinema, shops and mapping. The only minus is the location.

Quite a good hotel with interesting, discreet interior rooms. At least I like that. From the rooms - a beautiful sunrise is visible. The list of advantages is also the fact that there is a supermarket on the ground floor, as well as a number of shops you can arrange shopping without leaving the city. Of the minuses is that there is no green territory of its own: a park, a public garden ... everything is in concrete and asphalt. The kitchen is quite normal for my taste.

A huge business, shopping and hotel complex ... Beautiful mirror building with a view of Kiev. Kiev is in full view. Beauty.

I liked the Hotel. In general, everything is fine and the place is good.

A great place to hold a business meeting. Specially equipped audiences. Wifi high speed. Super kitchen in the restaurant and sound rooms at the hotel. And all this at very attractive prices.

This hotel became my second home for me. I live more than 30 times. Always the same thing, but it's a plus.

This is absolutely astonishing level of service I have ever met. The receptionist (Nataliia) upgraded our room category without any additional charges just because she saw me and my husband had booked a separate beds room by mistake. Despite of having only 4 stars this hotels feels like it's 5 star! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Superb hotel in deed. I had two superb nghts and the service was excellent. Staff was rich in hospitality and was really cheerful. 20 min drive from the airport but in close proximity to center.

The hotel is very good for conferences. For individual living is not very - located in an uncomfortable ugly place. Room prices are not cheap; standard rooms are very modest. The rooms above are good

Excellent hotel, convenient service and pleasant service. For a good price, I got a clean and comfortable room with all the comforts and needs (hairdryer, kettle, TV, and many others that were cheaper in hotels simply). I intend to go back there and recommend it to friends.

Excellent hotel complex on the outskirts of Kiev. Nearby is Feofania Park and Koncha Zaspa Conservation Area. On the upper floors there are fascinating views of Kiev and the region. The food is excellent, the rooms are of a high standard. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel room was excellent, the food is delicious.

It is boring, few people visit the shopping center and therefore it s even sad that everything comes to a bad kind.

Been there on a business trip. Very quite and pretty confortable place, not too far from the airport, or to the city center. A convenient shuttle bus, can be easily arranged to take you downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available right in front of the hotel.

Everything thing was good but there was nothing Indian food & little bit far from city center, Staff was very good friendly atmosphere and English speaking. I specifically mentioned the name Dasha who help us every time she gave us completely information about Kiev .

I like this hotel very much. Only one disadvantage it's location far from center and metro station. But there is very nice restaurant and convenient room.
