Im not sure how to rate my stay.

I was staying twice in 1 week just 6 days apart.

First time we stayed everything went smooth checking etc.

My room had a bad Smell. Talked to staff & i was upgraded to a better/bigger room. & they waived my late check out, ( 4 stars rating)

2nd time we stayed

Well not me
Upon arriving to the hotel I've realised its pretty booked up.

I had 2 of my buddies join me

They booked the room before me so all it was left for me to do is book my room but....

When trying to book my room online they didn't let me book. Every time i completed my booking i got an error saying please re-do your booking.

This happened a few times & everytime i redid the booking the price went up.

Bottom line

After spending 2 hours staff told me they are so sorry for the inconvenience & they have found a room for me in a different hotel 20 min from here.

If you'd like we can arrange a room for me for the price of $95

While my 2 buddies were sleeping & me being from new York i had no choice but to book the room at the other a hotel

So what should my rating be?
