Stayed at the Waterview room. Room was clean and comfortable. A little crowded with sofa bed pulled out. Overall great hassle-free experience.

Room was clean and very comfortable, I travel a lot solo for work and the staff at the Ramada were so beyond helpful and really friendly! I ll be booking again because of the great service. Also the food at the restaurant downstairs was Amazing

This is a great place to stay in Ballina. Very comfortable rooms, great view and central to the Island area.

I've stayed at the Ramada Ballina several times for work purposes. All the staff are wonderful, helpful and professional. I cannot commend them enough.

The hotel is in a great location with excellent rooms. The river view suites are exceptional and have great bathrooms.

The hotel restaurant and staff are all wonderful too.

Fantastic location, staff were first class, room was beautiful and the river OMG - next time I am gunna leave the kids and only take the wife lol ! Also great restaurants within a 2 min walk

Beautiful location and well presented layout. I was in the self-contained suite and it was amazing. Shower was a great height & the rainforest style head made showers luxurious. Beds are comfortable and plenty of windows and doors that can be opened to let through a breeze from the river to go through the apartment. Room service is limited, but the food is fantastic & fresh.

Great hotel, very relaxing stay. My only gripe is that it charges 3.5% Amex surcharge which is above and beyond what most businesses pay... This is the only reason I rate it stars, and not 5.

We came to Ramada Hotel & Suites for a quick lunch with family who are staying there. The range was good and everyone found something they wanted to try. They also offered to grill the fish rather than frying it, and I found that service impressive. I tried to squid-ink gnocchi and I was extremely delighted. It was something I've never had the pleasure of trying and I was happy to have tried it here. They were diligent in keeping our table water filled, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. We aren't from the area but if we had the chance to return we definitely will!

Accommodation is excellent, went to Cove for dinner and it was terrible, would never eat there again

Nice and clean units. Remember to request one away from the lift well. We did and we were so glad as it can get noisy. Amazing views. Bed and pillows were soooo comfy. Staff were friendly

Food was good, rooms are clean and good size, self serve laundry facilities are very handy, great location, staff always friendly.
Only things that could be improved is the coffee and the gym.

Pretty good accomadation but not for the price to costly.the food menu didnt appeal to me and no shade around the pool area

A wonderful treat while our house was being painted. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Loved the views of the ever changing Richmond River.

The cafe is a complete joke. The staff will happily stare blankly at the wall whilst you wait for your order. Half an hour after ordering two coffees, we were refunded. They didn't even try to rectify the situation. Really quite surreal.

We stayed for a night at Ramada, Ballina and it was such a relaxing break! Beautiful, well appointed room with modern furnishings, spa bath was just fantastic, nice comfy bed and pillows, polite and friendly staff, great place for kids to run around and have fun.
Excellent customer service by Roger at reception ( who took extra care to book our room at the highest level, from where the views were absolutely spectacular! I had told him on the phone that we were really looking forward to this much overdue break and needed a peaceful relaxing holiday). We were pleasantly surprised when we reached the room and saw the views! Thank you

Todd at reception is an absolute gentleman and has excellent customer service skills too- the AC in our room wasn t working at night and Todd came up to check what was wrong and when he couldn t fix the issue, he upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite and profusely apologied for the AC not working! It s really good old fashioned- customer comes first mantra in this hotel.

The 3 restaurants are fantastic and food is really yummy , well priced with good portions ( absolutely lovedddddd the happy hours). View from The Point restaurant is stunning!

The esplanade walk ( from the hotel) towards CBD is gorgeous with beautiful views of the marina. We were lucky to see the famous Ballina sunset from the hotel restaurant and it was breathtaking!

If you are visiting Byron Bay or Ballina, this is the place to stay at! We will be back again, very soon

Very dissapointed with the self contained unit. No oven, 3 false fire alarms. Had a room service and they stole a card that was needed for power. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend. Over priced for what was delivered

Often stay here for work. Rooms are lovely, very comfortable. Staff are helpful but I think the restaurant and cafe area really need more staff in the mornings, as the wait for breakfast or even coffee is very long. The food is excellent and the wait times are never as long at lunch and dinner.

We stayed in the Ramada Hotel for one night and were satisfied by the high level of service and the quality of the accommodation. The room is clean, modern and spacious. The beds and furnishing are comfortable. We also enjoyed the wide view of the Richmond river from the Balcony and the quiet location.

A beautiful morning riverwalk and brekkie here in East Ballina Thought of checking out this place for stopover and the location is just perfect.
You wake up early in the morning with lovely water views, then go straight to your riverwalk and then comeback for a good breakfast.
And just 30 mins to Main Beach, Byron Bay.
Will definitely revisit and stay.

The Ramada Hotel is located on ballinas Richmond River, Which gives the Hotel a nice view. The staffs service is great and they are lovely.

Excellent room, great food and service. One of the best hotels I have stayed in over the last few years for busines. Great pillows and properly cooked bacon for breakfast.

Excellent position on the bank of the river.
Clean modern room, (we spent 3 nights in river view room505)
Free secured parking on the same level as reception.
Staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcome and took care of us Good old fashion customer comes first mentality. treated as if we were VIPs.
Meals were GREAT and well priced, main street of Ballina just around the corner, bike path to the harbor and beaches an easy ride away, hire bike at front door $13.95 / hour.
Top marks for an enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room and a balcony overlooking the Richmond river. Excellent restaurants nearby for a high quality meal that won't break the bank.
Wifi is not good, that's my only criticism.

The room was big and nice. The bed was comfortable and the view was breathtaking. My room was overlooking the waters and in the morning the view was incredible.

The bad thing was the room smells old and i actually coughed and nearly threw up when I open the cupboard...

We had breakfast at the Ramada, good food but took nearly an hour for it to be served. The place wasnt even packed...

Service is a bit slow. The views are amazing though.

Hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable, as for the town it is completely closed by 9pm, if you haven't eaten then be prepared... You have been warned.

Best Cappuccino in Ballina. You might pay a little more for it on a public holiday... Worth it though.

My favourite place to stay in Ballina. It's right next to the river and has good proximity to the town centre. The point cafe is excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner. Highly recommended.

Great rooms and the service is amazing. There are plenty of good food options around and its located in a good area. You won't get loyalty points if you don't book directly though.

The Ramada hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Ballina.It has water front views which are amazing.The hotels location is close to all of the local cafes and restaurants which make it a lovely place to bring family or friends.

Always a pleasure staying here. I've stayed here for work for 50+ stays, the staff and rooms are always clean and comfortable

The food and service were excellent with a wide range of options and an altogether pleasant exprience. The views of the water are also particularly good and i highly recomend one of them. The only down side i experienced was the price. It was altogether a little to high with rooms and food costing more than ecpected. Despite this i would recomend for the previous reasons.

How this place gets a 4.5 star review is beyond me. The rooms aren't that nice and on arrival our rooms weren't ready untill 40 mins after arrival time. One thing I can say however is the view is beautiful

All facilities you require in the building or walking distance nearby to have a great time away. Make sure you visit the Maritime Museum near.
