Place is good, although they charge for shampoo bottles if broken which is bad!

We had an AMAZING time here! The staff, food, property, and location were all excellent!! We were walking distance to two different malls, plenty of different food options, and entertainment. Taxis were never hard to find either! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Old but, nice hotel, friendly staff but, don t provide the services the customers need. Also, the Hotel didn t do anything to make my wife and I feel special on our honeymoon. No champagne, chocolates or room upgrade. And although we requested a late checkout when we made the booking, they made us pay! The Garden Suite we stayed in was comfortable but, the bathroom stank really badly. The pool they have is really stupid as there s no shallow end; the whole thing is 2.4m. Also, though they have different numbers to call for assistance, all calls goes to the reception and she was polite but, utterly unhelpful. The spa was good however, they charge for 1hr but, finish in 50mns to, apparently, allow for showering!

The spa is very bad, it was doing leg massage, the therapist fell asleep, at 9 o clock in the evening they didn t really want to take it, although they work until 10. My legs didn t wash before the massage English is understood poorly, it was impossible to explain something.

Such friendly staff, beautiful gardens, great food, resort is always spotless, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and so close to the beach. Cannot fault it!

Been here around 14 times since X-mas -99 and the staff has always given outstanding service. All that and only 4 stars? 5 stars is to hard to live up to, 4 is better :-)

Its a country type resort. The food is average. Bathrooms could have been much cleaner. All the food in Bali has a lot of oil in it.

It is recommended that you can enjoy the feeling of a beach resort at a reasonable price.
It seems that it has been built for a while, but it is well-cleaned and the public spaces such as baths, toilets, and pools are also very beautiful. The hotel was full of greenery, and birds and squirrels were free to come and go. It is a little far from the downtown area, so you can enjoy a very quiet and laid-back atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and contribute to the bright atmosphere of the hotel.
The location is just steps from the airport (10 minutes drive, 15 minutes walk) and a few kilometers to the downtown area and beach area with shopping malls such as the Beach Walk. (I don't recommend walking because there are many roads that don't have Google Maps and I'm at a loss.)
Also, the nearest beach is about a 2-minute walk, and it is a very quiet beach area.
Ancillary facilities include a restaurant, SPA, pool and poolside bar. Most of the guests were English-speaking people. All the staff are good at English, but please be aware that no one can speak Japanese.

It is a very peaceful place to rest and relax. Located near the Bali Airport, this place is perfect for spending time with your loved ones. Even the beach is minutes away. Staff is very courteous and would do it's best to help you.

Excellent service and facilities. It is located close to the airport and to various shopping malls and pubs. Accessibility is great. Staffs are very friendly. Overall brilliant experience.

Second trip to this hotel and I must say it was nothing like the first! The first was top notch. Great service, great rooms and reasonably priced. Since returning I was very disappointed with the service. Having a rat in the room being treated as non important and not even the offer of switching rooms was highly disappointing. The ladies at check in and check out were quite rude and difficult to deal with.
The only positive things I have to say about this hotel was the buffet breakfast was fantastic and the pool was lovely.
I wouldn t stay here again.

Had a very good time in Rama beach resort. The rooms very good neat and clean and service was also very good. 300 meters of walk furthur to rama beach resort hotel. To left side there is a passage which leads to an open beach. At night it's really good. Must go place.

Rama beach resort is a calm place and best for honeymoon stay. Please opt for villas as it is more private if you are on honeymoon. The cleanliness and staff behaviour is very good. Also they gave complimentary passes for afternoon tea till we stayed there and also one pass for foot massage with our package.

Restaurant food was good. We had free breakfast with the stay. Worth it. Apart from breakfast i would suggest to explore more outside as we have plenty of options. 1 km from resort there is one mall which is really good for local food. Also they have open shacks with open music outside mall. Which was really good. Bintang beer is very good and reasonable specially brewed in Bali.

If you want to withdraw cash from ATM please use that mall ATMs which is in basement for people coming from outside the country. We searched a lot and found this one a good international ATM in the basement of mall. Forex cards work there with std charges as per ur bank. no extra charges.

Nice resort, excellent breakfast and generally friendly staff. Very slack security policy there though when you leave them your baggage.. They didn't seem to care much whom the gave by bags out to as the person didn't have the receipt provided. Upon complaining about this they still didn't care much..

We spent 9 days here for our honeymoon, and we believe it was the best hotel we could have chosen in the Kuta area. I read a few bad reviews, but I honestly don't understand what people are talking about. Negative people can always find something to complain about. Everything was perfect for our romantic getaway! The staff was always extremely friendly, everything was clean and well-kept, the food selection was delicious and amazing, and it was a nice naturey oasis in the middle of the busy Kuta. The beach is only a short walk away and it's just as clean and not any dirtier than any Southern California beach where I grew up. We stayed in a pool villa, which I highly recommend if you're a couple! The mosquitoes aren't bad if you prepare and use bug spray which I always do anyways when I go out. If we ever come back to Kuta, we would definitely stay here again!

The best hotel we have stayed in in Indonesia. Seems really well built to be quiet; great night's sleep. Breakfast was fantastic.

Clean comfortable place, good service, good location with easy access to attractions in Kuta. Inside the resort you are secluded from puzzle puzzle of Kuta.

Fantastic hotel, great location just outside Kuta but very quite and safe, kid friendly. Right on the beach, threw safety gates.

Staff were always lovely, food and breakfast buffet was so yummy and the pool + bar was super relaxing! Could have spent our whole holiday in this resort!

A nice quiet location, but only a short walk to the new lippo mall and Discovery Mall (especially along the beach). Staff where very attentive and friendly. Some of the rooms where a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. They even let me have a look at there villas ( garden and pool) and will definitely be booking one in the nere future.

Close to airport and also the beach, place is clean but needs renovation.

Beautiful comfortable hotel. Basic recommendations. The pool is pretty good and also the nice thing here is that there is no basement so the parking lot is spacious. If from the beach there is a place for washing feet, really good. There is a gym too. The environment is very cool with lots of trees. So green.
