A very awkward place to visit by car, but it is politically built not for patients for them to pay!

Satisfied with the care we received when we visited the emergency room clinic with sick child.

Bad treatment of relatives, poor communication and information, no neurologic de- guration, 1 speech therapist in that department. Previously had good experiences, from other departments, now completely substandard.

Visit the emergency room and get incredibly quick help. You also get service in both Finnish / Swedish. They are very keen on speaking the patient's language. The only negative is that the doctor needs to take a course in social skills, but the main thing is that I got help.

I always come out optimistic after being here, always get to know what's wrong and how to fix it. Probably not the nicest people here at work but they have to work with plenty of annoying patients, so it would help to be nice to them so they maybe feel a bit better at the end of the day.

Good service in both Finnish and Swedish, nice staff and knew what they were doing. I have been to many hospitals in my life but this was one of the best hospitals I have been to. Here the matter was rectified directly than waiting for several weeks for any operation. Knee surgery went smoothly and I'm happy.

Many times have come in Vaasa Central Hospital, right from the birth hospital, continuing with many different diseases.
The staff can not be blamed for the law, maybe some individual sometimes, though, the service is better than excellent.
Diseases have become well-improved in the end result and ineffective gained control ..
The facilities as a whole are modern, the more built and the fleet can not be blamed.
The whole party is a good hospice level, the flavors okay. and food is not cold.
If we now complain about the timing of a tight economy, the urgent situations are happening right away.
Yes, it's okay to get sick.

Overall good experience from on-call operation and power to the A3 department. Things were taken care of quickly, the service was very friendly and patient. Nothing to blame. I don t like to return to these services, but if I do return, I know I m in good hands.

the nurses could have health when you entered the ward .. also had to ask for help to find where you were going ..

Visited the emergency p.g.a. a fracture. My experience was friendly attentions, knowledgeable doctors and friendly staff who made me feel safe throughout the treatment. Still hope that I do not have reason to return.

I was operated on in a day surgery ward and received such great treatment that words weren t enough to tell. I am quite sensitive to the kindness and skill of the staff that they have there. The staff was so cordial that it felt like I had always known them. Nice, friendly, professional people so I can t understand why our hospital gets so much criticism. I was served in my mother tongue, ie Finnish, no one had any difficulty speaking it. I m so happy to pay tax when I know what it gets.

Be careful if you have to be taken care of here that it is not like myself that you go out in a much worse condition than when you come here. There is no responsibility for what we do and no one dares to admit they have made any mistake. You can or really have to ask about the examinations and their results yourself and then tell what and where has gone wrong or what the patient is bothering. So this personal experience and, of course, the success rate here is greater than the failure rate. Personally, I lost my ability to work and do not want to acknowledge the matter, nor are they interested in research, special medical care ....

I had to wait for an hour for help after I fell from the Wasaline deck directly down on the quay!

A large hospital, good services, and very clean, faithful to all the services, I hope it will stay like that or one or better than that

Good places for the disabled. I only do things in the lobby and take the medicine. Was friendly
