Yet it's not recommended to make purchases through the website for in-store collection as they apparently ignore this kind of orders completely until customer shows in, taking even more time to prepare the items, as they first have to look up and retrieve the order from their system (seems to be a tricky and long process!) then start preparing the order.

Unfortunately, staff is pushy and uncooperative to a great extent, leaving a negative aftertaste time after time.

What's best about RAM Electronics is their website which is always updated with parts prices and availability. Their goods are also high quality, never had a problem with any of the parts. They are however a bit overpriced than other stores, very slow in preparing orders, and the store is very small and almost always overcrowded.
