We cannot be happier with the RAM team and the final product of our home. We worked with them closely on designing a truly custom home that met all our wants and needs. From start to finish, they helped up throughout the whole process- something a first-time home builder really needed! The whole team listened to us and made it easy to contact them. They would respond quickly- we had almost all of their personal contact as well. Throughout the whole process, the RAM team become more than just our builder, they become friends and neighbors that we can rely on over the years. Rachel and Lindsey made designing personal and really helped us create more than a house but a home. Keith and Frank were with us from the start of the process and even now are available whenever we have an issue. Kevin worked tirelessly on our project and handled every issue for us. Like all builds, we ran into our issues but the RAM team knew how to handle the issues and fix them. We are truly thankful that we found RAM and cannot recommend them enough. If you are considering them and ever want to see an example of an exceptionally well made home just ask to see our house!

DO NOT HIRE RAM CONSTRUCTION. I repeat, do not hire this contractor. Message me directly if you have questions. They had just started construction when the house was suppose to be complete due to their delays! They never once hit a date they told us. We had to hire a lawyer and third party construction manager to keep them honest. Absolutely the worst hire I have ever made. *** RESPONSE TO COMMENT BELOW: That is 100% a fake response and you know it Frank. It was nowhere near stress free and you took advantage of us. You never told the truth and you called me names in a documented email. I have complained to the BBB and hope they do something about your firm. You wouldn't answer the phone if I called so don't pretend like a conversation would fix this. We will likely sell this home because of the horrible experience we had with you.

RAM has renovated two historic homes for us and we could not be more pleased with the final outcomes. Quality, fit and finish, attention to detail were all captured in both homes. They have a real passion for these historic properties and have met our expectations each time.

I am very please with the remodel work that Ram did to give us a larger bedroom and full bath in our upstairs. Everyone we encountered provided the best professional service and completed the job in a timely way. We are very happy to show off our new space and gladly recommend Ram to our friends.

We had a great experience with RAM on a large renovation project in historic Dilworth. They had the experience and skill to navigate all components of the design and build in Charlotte. They were trustworthy, honest and easy to work with. We would certainly use them again on another project.
