After 18 years, my old water softener finally gave out, and as an older senior, I wasn’t ready to buy a brand new system outright. Nicole from Water Softeners Las Vegas was incredibly patient and kind when I called to explain my situation. She let me know that they offer monthly rental plans with no long-term contracts, which was perfect for me. A few days later, Matt came out to remove the old unit and install the new one. He was just as considerate and thorough as Nicole. I’m so happy to have soft water again at a price I’m comfortable with. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly shines in customer care.

As someone with a technical background, I usually scrutinize my purchases thoroughly, but Water Softeners Las Vegas earned my trust immediately. Unlike competitors who drown you in unnecessary jargon, they offered the right equipment at fair prices. For a household of 1-4 people with two bathrooms, the WS-1 model is more than sufficient. I found their website straightforward, noting they even provide discounts for in-store pickups. I was particularly impressed by their customer service; they helped me source a smaller salt container that fit perfectly on my hot water heater pedestal, matching the setup of my previous 14-year-old unit. With a 9-inch diameter softener tank and an 11x11 inch salt container, it’s a compact, effective solution. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone, even my mom.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Water Softeners Las Vegas for three years, and the service has been impeccable. They consistently remind me to service my reverse osmosis system, and they can always fit me in the day after I call. When I recently needed a new water softener, I tried a saltless system through my plumber, and it was a disaster. It left white rings in my toilets, a film on my sinks and dishes, and even left flakes on my skin. To make matters worse, I had to buy extra cleaning supplies to scrub away the stains, yet the other company refused a full refund despite the hassle. Fortunately, I received a filter reminder card from Rain of Las Vegas and noticed they sold salt and water softeners. I called them, and a very helpful representative named Nicole not only discussed a Labor Day sale that saved me $500 compared to the other quote but also arranged installation for the exact price she quoted. There were no hidden fees. Since my husband and I are getting older, we were thrilled to learn they deliver the heavy salt bags, saving us the trouble. Having soft water and ditching the expensive, bulky reverse osmosis bottles has been a total blessing. Rain of Las Vegas has truly made life easier for us.

Matt visited us to change the filter on the RO system we bought from Rain of Las Vegas last year. During the visit, he noticed our 15-year-old water softener and gave a thorough explanation of its condition and the advantages of upgrading. I highly recommend Water Softeners Las Vegas for their service and expertise. We are very pleased with the new softener and conditioner they installed.

Living in Las Vegas, the hard water was causing real headaches for our plumbing and appliances, especially after hearing neighbors complain about the same issues. We decided it was time to get a water softener and chose Rain of Las Vegas based on their solid reputation. Joe, the technician who came out, absolutely exceeded our high expectations. He was professional, polite, and got the job done efficiently. I can’t recommend this company enough for their excellent work.

It was a three-year journey before I finally decided to install a water softener, but picking Rain of Las Vegas was definitely the right call. I spent time comparing various local providers to avoid getting stuck with an overpriced system, and I’m glad I found them. A recommendation led me to Wendell, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Matt came out quickly to install my water conditioner and reverse osmosis system. It’s only been a week, but the improvement in my hard water is already noticeable. If you’re looking for the best service and price in Las Vegas for your water treatment needs, these are the guys to call.

I just bought a house in Las Vegas that came with an existing water softener. I called the number on the unit, and Water Softeners Las Vegas scheduled a service visit within two days. Wyatt, the technician, gave excellent service—he called before arriving and was incredibly patient as I asked numerous questions about the equipment. Although I was completely unfamiliar with the system, he explained everything clearly. He also suggested a reverse osmosis system, which I decided to get, and he had it installed the very same day! It was impressive how fast he worked. He was polite, respected our no-shoes policy, and left the place clean. I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely continue using their services.

We installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system at our home about a year ago through Water Softeners Las Vegas. They proved to be a very honest business, especially when you compare them to others we surveyed. Two rival companies we spoke with were not only pricier but also offered inferior equipment. The difference was noticeable almost immediately—our baby had been suffering from skin rashes, and within a few weeks of the installation, his skin cleared up completely. We are thrilled with the purchase. I also appreciate the quarterly salt delivery service from the team, which is a helpful reminder to maintain the system. Without hesitation, I recommend these folks to anyone in Las Vegas looking for reliable home service solutions.
