For a job that was impending and my plumber not being able to schedule it due to a back log, I found Rainforest Plumbing. I am used to a certain level of service and completely understand what was needed. Along with knowing the approximate cost of the job. All the employees that I ran into at Rainforest are definitely professional. My Technician Rob sold the project, which was a water heater and softener install. He worked with me and based upon the products that I wanted did the leg work to find them. He also keep their numbers right where I needed them. He installed everything yesterday and I have to say that I am very pleased. I think that you find the same situation.
Josh Eddie Scott did a great job. They are very perfessonal and kind. I am so happy we found a great ac and plumbing crew. And great communication with the dispatch office to the techs and very clean. Highly recommend. 5 star company! Thank you guys for everything again!
Rainforest answered my call on a Saturday promptly and had a plumber out the same day. The clog in my shower was fixed quickly and everything was clean and in good working order.
The plumber was also very professional. You pay more for weekend service but it s worth it when all goes well.
Rickey Robertson was absolutely the best! In 20 years of running hotels I've run in to my fair share of plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable, meticulous, and communicated very well. The repairs we pretty extensive and we discussed the scope regularly to make sure I understood exactly was he was doing. Kudos to you Rickey. Great job!
Had a water leak coming from second story laundry room dripping from 1st floor ceiling. Mike had to open up the drywall ceiling on first floor to access the leak. Unfortunately they don't repair the drywall immediately and their "drywall guy" was three weeks out leaving the homeowner with drywall repair work to complete. Now I have to find a drywall guy to finish the job.
Rainforest is awesome! Bryan the Service Tech was very polite and knowledgeable! We requested him since he was so fantastic last time! We have them check out AC and Plumbing! Great people from our experiences! They respond immediately and easy to set up appointment! Highly recommend!
