Great coffee. I think the waiter was struggling to balance the mix because it took more than 15minutes... I was happy when he brought it though!!!

Great staff. Hotel has undergone refurbishments and the bathrooms look modern. New elevators too!

The hotel is top quality. Maintains its standards well. The stuff are very helpful. Even if I could not understand the local language the staff would change and use my language to accommodate me comfortably. The rooms are well kept. Good food in their restaurant. I have had a great time at this venue. Looking forward to returning for another stay.

The hotel is good. The food is great. I had a good stay, tbought they should improve on laundry and having your clothes ironed and ready, otherwise it is one of Bulawayo's nice hotels. BONUS: located opposite Zarah lounge, a refreshing place for drinks.

Recently refurbished, what a home away from home. Friendly staff, ambience and excellent concierge service with a smile. Spacious conference facilities and great convenience.

Preparedness and enforcing of the Covid 19 guidelines quite impressive. Staff alert all times from entrance right into the room. Security ensuring all visitors comply and are already to use dispensers, directed to reception and luggage sprayed. Wishing Bulawayo Rainbow all the best as the economy opens up
