Great service and a great hideout from the busy city

The worst place I have been in my life! 120 USD per night and it was awful! I booked online based on the beautiful pictures and as you can see, it was disaster! There are another better hires or Airbnb, but don t dare to go to this hotel!

The receptionist was rude looked bothered when we asked her things. She used informal language to greet us, check out is at ten but our door was opened at 9 I felt like my privacy was invaded. They should take a few notes from Cresta Jameson their customer service is great. Also they have very tiny elevator and the rooms do not have air conditioning

An okay hotel for short visit. Friendly and helpful staff. However not much of food variety and the breakfast is modest- sort of touch and go. An ancient but functioning lift. Rooms have very fast Wi-Fi and hot water shower. Rooms fitted with electronic locks and 32" flat screen TV, although the DSTV channels are limited/basic.

Its convenient because it's in the CBD next to Parliament
