The guys at Rainbow International were fantastic. They were professional and took care of the clean up quickly. Could not have been happier with the service they provided.

This is a wonderful company. My Condo had a flood. Tiffany, Lexie and Greg packed up my entire Condo. Brian, Sterling and their team moved everything out. When it was time to move back in Brian and Sterling brought everything back and Tiffany and Greg unpacked it all and put everything away. It was a stress free experience. I can t say enough good things about this company.

Jared and his crew were quick and professional, they were very helpful in the entire process, start to finish. They walked me thru everything patiently, answering all my questions and with kindness to my dilemma. They thoroughly documented and reported everything to my insurance adjuster, and also took all the necessary photos needed to process my claim with ease.

Do NOT use this company. They implement fraudulent practices, in their dealings with customers. I had a fire in my house. They took my belongings and still have it in storage (I have not received the items). They have fraudulently invoiced for a larger number of boxes than they took from my house. They have fraudulently invoiced us for storage of contents, for months into the future, for which they have not held the contents. They have sued me, personally, in court, for the full amount, even though it is an issue between the insurance company and Rainbow International. I have been served by the court to appear to dispute this charge. I've spoken, on numerous occasions, to the owner, Jared, and explained this has nothing to do with me. I have advocated, on their behalf, with the insurance company. However, they are suing me, personally. My insurance company has already paid them 50% of the invoice; yet, they are suing me for the full amount.
This is their normal practice. Stay away from them. Do NOT believe the previous reviews. They are not true. This company will use attorneys and the courts to harass you, once you sign with them. Do NOT sign any paperwork with this company. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable fire and damage company instead.

Rainbow did a pretty good job. I liked that they took their time and were thorough when packing my contents. They were also respectful and professional when communicating. This is important to me as well. I definitely would recommend using this company.

Service representative Steve was prompt, knowledgeable and conducted a thorough inspection, keeping me informed at all times. Water issue resolved quickly and completely. Best service I ve ever had. Thank you!

We've used Rainbow 2 times this year and they were amazing. So amazing, after the initial issue when we had a second loss, they were our 1st phone call! Amazing customer service and always prompt and professional!

I needed work on my basement for more than one issue, and Brian, Trish, and their teams were great! They were respectful, kind, and very professional. More important, their work was second to none. I highly recommend them.

Very UNprofessional from the items they damaged in my home, using My ice chopper to remove my glued down carpet, removing items they deemed as nonsalvageable even though I disagreed with them, telling me they would disinfectant the concrete floors & instead sending a young man in with a garden sprayer to spray the 2 x 4's at the base of the walls. Do NOT let your ins carrier pick this company for you.

We can't say enough good things about Rainbow International of Northeastern Maryland. The crews were excellent as far as being professional, thorough, caring, listening to our concerns and having pride in their work. They worked directly with our insurance company. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks so much everyone for all the work you put into helping us through our basement flood!

Professionalism at its finest. This is a company that you don't think about until you need them, and I am glad they were there. Made a rough situation smooth and easy. Hopefully I am never in a situation where I need these guys again, but if I am I know who to call. Thank you being on time, professional, answering my questions, and treating my property as your own.

Not only is Rainbow International incompetent, but they are dishonest. On their first visit the evaluation was that there was not enough mold for an insurance claim. Then next time they said everything in my basement would have to be cleaned. Then, when they showed up they said everything was a total loss and had to be thrown out. They had no respect for the value of all my supplies in my art studio, some antiques, sports equipment, audio equipment, holiday decorations - everything got thrown out! While I was very upset, Rainbow Int. said the items were sentimental. No effort was made to clean anything. After weeks of running air filters in the basement, the whole area was then sprayed with a wet metal corroding substance. As if they hadn't done enough damage, they covered all areas with a spray that ate off paint and stained metal. The project manager refused to answer specific procedural questions. Different men were at my house about 25 days. At one point I was asked to sign a form signing off that paint damage was the fault of the mold hygienist. I did the signing and was then informed I signed agreeing to have all work stopped. The project manager was deceiving, dishonest, and arrogant.
