Withdrawal commissions in very high ATMs in case of using debit card of a foreign bank, high commission in case of transfer to account from a foreign bank or vice versa, often in case of withdrawal in ATMs no invoice is given and in case that asks an employee the answer is that the ATM has run out of letters (why should this interest me as a customer ?!)

I had a transaction to do today for a client of mine and the customer service of 5 out of 6 customer service assistants was horrible.... only customer service it wasn't. It is scary when I think that Raiffeisien is the biggest bank in Albania....
While technical support is not always on time, they make up for quality of service. Rarely have I had problems that weren't resolved within a few days.
Extremely rude customer service, would not recommend this bank to anyone!
