You guys don't like to sort out people paper work always have to call and send emails for payments and irps. Very bad service

The staff is friendly & they were very excited for my kids to join as perfect faces for major companies. But they don't actively promote their models, they wait for castings or auditions in their demographic to cross the table. We spent a lot of money getting the kids casting-ready only to find out they're actually the wrong demographic for the RSA market & Rage doesn't market them abroad.

This agency is run by a great team of people who truly care about their clients. They always aim to give the best service and always keep up with new trends and changes.

Upon joining Rage it was a good relationship. No problems but 2 years down the line; there was a change. Perhaps it was a change of staff but never in my life have had to deal with such immaturity in a so-called professional space. I had to follow up on payment 3 months after the initial 90 days stipulated on the contract. When I communicated that I will be leaving the agency to pursue other things, there was a grotesque sourness from the people i was in contact with. Highly disappointed. So much so I had to change my review. There's alot that happens in this industry and when choosing an agency you always hope they'll be the exception and not the rule and unfortunately, I was shown that this company is the rule.

A great agency, very busy lots of bookings with some of SA's top brands and ad agencies.

A beautiful setting with friendly staff. Felt very welcomed and relaxed.

Tried calling to set an appointment way before closing time but was diverted to another day. :(
