Great to be back in the best store in Northeast Ohio!

My first experience at Knuth's was less than good. I stopped in on my lunch and loved everything I saw. That good feeling left me pretty fast. As I walked around the shop I realized that though the sales staff was looking at me, none of them asked if I needed assistance. I proceeded to the jewelry section and overheard one of the staff tell the cashier to keep an eye on me, as if I was going to steal something. I was going to buy some items for my daughter bit not after that insult. I have been back to the shop a few times since that day but the treatment never improved. Yet, I made purchases. Knuth, you made me feel like trash. I will not be back.
