Raga Designers CEO wife Mrs.Sandhiya she is fraud girl. She has joined last 5 Month in working our company as business development executive, she stolen the company Database and approach our husband company customer .we are legal complaint against her. Also for your kind attention please doesn t entertain or allow the Raga Designers and Amala (tele caller )because they are not Genuine in the web designing field and they will be not be able to deliver your service. Overall I am happy with RAGA Designers the way our WEB Site modifications took place and hence I have given them 4 STAR. I looked at their performance from the following perspectives:
1. How far they are keen to understand the exact requirement of the customer ? Whether they put forth their understanding of the customer requirement in the written form and get the approval from customer on the same. This will be the terms of reference for the job so that no dispute will come on the understanding of the requirement. (This will avoid rework in the future)
2. How they allot the priorities for the hobs to be executed to meet the requirement.
3. How they formalise the team for the normal mode and emergency mode and keep the customer informed of the same.
4. How they fix time targets for their commitments as well as for customer commitments and ensure both work towards meeting those targets.
5. Whether they provide on their own, a formal OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE MANUAL (either printed or at least in the system with appropriate screen shots for easy understanding)
6. Whether the Handing over of the project is smooth from both the sides
Since in all the above 6 aspects, there is little scope for improvement (yet to be more professional), I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars. I wish them all the best.

Raga Designers are cheating attitude. Marketing Executive is giving commitment when they met in our office reg design after two days we have discussed about the same design to their office staff/ respective person give different commitment which means wrong commitment.
Also they are not give the solution for the problem. After getting the advance their attitude & behavior goes to another direction also not responding in telephonic.
