Overall I am happy with RAGA Designers the way our WEB Site modifications took place and hence I have given them 4 STAR. I looked at their performance from the following perspectives:

1. How far they are keen to understand the exact requirement of the customer ? Whether they put forth their understanding of the customer requirement in the written form and get the approval from customer on the same. This will be the terms of reference for the job so that no dispute will come on the understanding of the requirement. (This will avoid rework in the future)
2. How they allot the priorities for the hobs to be executed to meet the requirement.
3. How they formalise the team for the normal mode and emergency mode and keep the customer informed of the same.
4. How they fix time targets for their commitments as well as for customer commitments and ensure both work towards meeting those targets.
5. Whether they provide on their own, a formal OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE MANUAL (either printed or at least in the system with appropriate screen shots for easy understanding)
6. Whether the Handing over of the project is smooth from both the sides

Since in all the above 6 aspects, there is little scope for improvement (yet to be more professional), I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars. I wish them all the best.
