Radwell took an order for an FMC v50d1 that I needed. They took the order and sent confirmation. Then six days later they called telling me they could not fill the order. I pushed it and they said they would look into finding one. It was 4x what they quoted me. I told them to keep looking but never heard back. Very unhappy.

Many companies don't understand they are "Selling Organizations" when so they use gates, locks, and tricky voicemail systems they are missing ideas to help their organizations grow.

parts were ordered and paid for on 8/4/2021 shipping method was to be ups ground. so i assumed i would have the parts within a week. i was badly mistaken it is now 9/24/2021 and still nothing. companies should avoid advertising and selling things they do not have.

Called multiple times. Email multiple times. Back and forth and back and forth. Never received items I needed. Never got their acts together. I have sent photos, previous invoices and model numbers etc etc. Always an excuse, we are sooooo busy. Really? Poor customer service , poorer then poor .

One of the best companies to have repair any circuit board. Explained what I had and they took it in even though it was not on their website. Timely responses and excellent customer support. They were able to tell me exactly when my part was to be worked on and how long it should take. Will definitely be sending them more items to repair.
