While I did not stay at the hotel, I attended a wedding two weeks ago in the outdoor garden area. The grounds are simple and well-maintained. For cocktail and reception area, the service and food was delicious. For a small venue, it was actually very exquisite.

Wanted to check out the hotel as the hotel for my wedding. Very nice hotel. Service in the restaurant was confusing - seemed like they would not serve you unless you had a reservation for Sunday brunch. Luckily was able to sit and order at the bar and had a good time.

After 2 years of to book reservations for Mother's Day, my husband finally was able to book it the third year. Third time's a charm! We dined with our 3 girls who are under the ages of 5.

We had the perfect spot by a window, seated in a booth. It was crowded but our spot was great and not noisy. The brunch included complimentary mimosas, coffee and soft drinks. Kids ages 4 and under were free.

The selection is food was amazing. There was something for everyone. There was an omelette station with French toast and waffles. There was a variety of breakfast foods and fruit and with fresh veggies and cheese and crackers.

The lunch options were amazing as well. A lot of cold fish options, smoked and poached. Creamy salads and some pastas salads. I loved the cold shrimp too!

The hot selections were plentiful. Lamb, chicken, fish and a carving station with smoked turkey, roast beef and ham.
.
The desserts were exciting with a chocolate fountain and plenty of dipping options and snacks. Cakes and pies were available in addition to small decadent desserts.

We left happy!!

As walking in, the hotel looked really nice. The desk person was not as courteous as I thought one should be. Walking into the room, I had an allergy attack. Still dont know why. We had a king size bed room. Very small considering the price per night. Very musty feel inside the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The noise from the hallway was ridiculous. My husband and I were there for a wedding. The food was ok. The halibut was very very dry. And the portions on the plate of 4 asparagus, tiny clump of mashed potatoes and a rather small piece of fish was just straight up stupid. I was starving. The outside garden courtyard was extremely beautiful. That was the highlight for me.

The hotel room was okay. Clean and such for the most part. But everything is an upcharge. Don t expect a fridge or microwave without a 25$/day charge and such.
Quality was fairly above average, execution was severely lacking.

My girlfriend and I went there for thanksgiving. We ate in the glenmorgan which was actually not as loud so it was perfect. Wait staff were great and the food was amazing. Not too often at a buffet do you get a situation where everything tastes really good. We could not find one bad thing to eat. Would definitely come back for another holiday dinner and maybe more

I stayed in the hotel after a wedding. The hotel is noisy I could hear the couple in the room next door using their bathroom. I expected for the cost of the room there would be a level of grandeur and certainly privacy, but I was wrong. There wasn't even a continental breakfast.

My wife and I had gone there for a drink an appetizer and some desert. For a drink, I had a Heineken, and my wife had a martini, for the appetizer we had the Philly cheese steak quesadillas, and for dessert we had a piece of cake three milks. Everything was very good, but, abmito that they have the best Tres leches pie I've had.

I didn't stay at the Radnor, but when my vehicle broke down in their parking lot late at night, the desk clerk Joshua helped me get a rental car and taxi to the airport to pick up the rental car, then allowed me to park my vehicle there overnight without a fee. He was super nice and helpful, even though I wasn't a guest. That is the sign of a first-class hotel with first class employees. Highly recommended!!

The hotel itself was in good condition. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was great. Happy hour is a great deal and the bar is fun. They could use a better wine selection, the food was probably 3.5 out of 5 stars; it was far from bad but could benefit from some imagination and pop.

Definitely was not worth the price. Had a suite room and I would describe it as grandma's place. I've been in much cheaper hotels that would have a hot tub of some sort for half the price of Radnor's. Turn to this place if you have no other options or just trying to blow your money.

Worst Christmas Dinner ever!

Worst Christmas Dinner ever!
The hostess couldn't find our reservation and put us at a high table in the bar. The seating was uncomfortable for 3 disabled family members. I went back to the hostess desk & they found our reservation by phone number. We were moved to the dining room. The food was overpriced and portions small. A waiter was cleaning a table next to us and sprayed cleaning solution our way. It got into my mom's throat & food. We complained and all the waiter could do was smile. We couldn't wait to get out of there. The entire staff didn't seem to care about our well being. Do yourself a favor & spend Christmas at home.

The rooms are clean and decorated in a classical style, breakfast tastes very good but the bathroom could be renovated (clean though). Gym is well equipped, carpets everywhere, bar nice, a lot of parking options.

Overall cleanliness was good. Staff was helpful and food was good. 12 o'clock checkout gave us enough time to leisurely depart. My only complaint would be the carpet in the room was visibly dirty.

Went on 12/30/2018 for the brunch buffet. The food was great and so was the service except for the young lady making the omelets and waffles! Major attitude! She should be working back in the kitchen! She obviously doesn't like people!!!

Attended a professional awards ceremony complete with a buffet. While the food was outstanding, the service was slow and they completely ran out of food as I was waiting in line and it took several minutes for the line to start moving again.

My birthday party was held in the Chanticleer Room - 40 attendees - champagne brunch - - hotel provided a piano for our musicians - the house was very thorough with detail - made adjustments as needed - everything went smooth - excellent food & service - we also had out of town guests staying there who were also pleased with accommodations. I would book them again.

I came here with a wedding party renting 27 rooms ...

I came here with a wedding party renting 27 rooms including suites. The manager was informed we would be gathering in one of the suites post wedding. We arrived at midnight and were shorty confronted with a hotel worker pounding on the door, informing us of a noise complaint. In my opinion the decibel level was mild for a hotel gathering (no stereo, people simply talking) but none the less we tried to keep it down. Ten minutes later another hotel worker pounded on the door threatening to call the police if we didn't disperse to our own rooms in 3 minutes...

Why rent 27 rooms and large suites to a wedding party if they cant gather? Maybe the front desk workers weren't brought up to speed on our needs- or didn't care? Maybe this place was built with paper thin walls floor and ceilings? Regardless customer service is seriously lacking. We did not feel welcome or comfortable here. What a shame!

Response to owners comment:
Your insinuation our group was intoxicated and unruly is not only offensive, it's misguided. I was an invited guest (this is why you don't have my name in your system) of the wedding booking the night of the 24th, not Saturday the 25th. You have confused us with a group that arrived Saturday. Is your hotel in such constant conflict with guests you can't keep track? You would be better served working to improve customer service rather than trying to discredit my experience.
