Lovely Hotel. Very convenient for the airport. Very nice Restaurant and bar. Staff were attentive and friendly and food was great. I've marked down by one star because of a TV problem in the rooms. I can't believe an organisation as large as this could fail to get access to ITV ! Apparently ITV HD was unavailable and we were told to use ITV +1. ! Crikey we have a motor home and can pick up any channel anywhere ! Anyways shame- that was a bit annoying. Otherwise great place. Sort it out Radisson !

Great location for an early morning flight. Restaurant fine. Room very comfy. Tub is large.

I ate in the Little M bar in the hotel, it has a simple menu with not much choice but there's a full restaurant next door if you want more choice. Situated inbetween Terminals 1 and 2 on the skylink. Perfect if you're waiting to pick someone up from arrivals. Has sky sports and shows football.

Good facilities for an overnight stay on business, especially the lesuire centre.

Wouldnt give it 5 star as staff were a bit rude but beds an room was great a little pricey

Great hotel, great rooms. This hotel gives you everything you need for the perfect start to any holiday. The bar and restaurant make dining easy and the availability of parking as an addition to your room means that it's a one size fits all perfect holiday addition. Being the only hotel attached to the airport its ridiculously convenient. If ever I am flying from Manchester this is my hotel of choice.

Very bad esperience... I payed for the best room and I got a normal hotel room that I could have find for a hotel of one star ..... I had problem with the car parking for mouth cos hotel s mistake .... I will never came back .. Was very important weekend for me and all the issue just ruinied it

Brilliant service - I left my phone on the bedside table when I left the hotel for an early morning flight to Croatia only realising when I went to put it in flight mode - my husband rang the hotel from the runway the receptionist went up to the room to retrieve it and told us to call back to check he had it - which we did he then put it in the safe and 2 weeks later I collected it - brilliant! As for the hotel we had booked a meet & greet 2 weeks parking with one nights stay - although we had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel (it was dark & raining) to drop the cases we found the car park easy enough we then struggled to find the way in the car park more signage required! Room lovely - we had pizza and drinks in the bar which although quite pricey were lovely - all in all really good value.

Superb hotel for getting to the terminals at Manchester Airport. Staff are friendly and the rooms are very comfortable with extremely comfortable beds. An ideally positioned hotel with covered walkways for the terminals. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This hotel is very good with great comfy rooms and wonderful staff but the one thing that is letting it down very badly is it's breakfast buffet.

Please could the morning cooks actually cook the breakfasts.

The bacon and sausages almost raw nearly every day, they are white instead of being dark and crispy and one day someone will be sick.

Please sort it.

Great location near the airport, access by public transportation, good size halls suitable for meetings. No prayer area or quite area available, which is not convenient for those attending a whole day conference. Offering variety of food.

We were looking for a place of refuge as our flight was cancelled and the night porter told us the bar was closed on arrival, sitting in reception no more than 10 minutes we where trying to figure out if we should book a room or catch another flight, again the night porter came over and said we cannot sit here as we are not residents which was quite embarrassing as another group was sat next to us. Our appearance was not out of place and we where seriously in a position to book a room for some much needed rest. His tone and mannor was not welcoming, he did not ask our situation or if he could help first, his intent was to make us feel unwelcome and remove us from the hotel.
As a regular hotel user I will no longer be looking to stay with radisson.

Staff at the restaurant was attentive and friendly. Food and drink was good price is hotel prices nice atmosphere for lunch and drinks

Asian room suck. No air, poor air conditioning, old furniture... The best thing about it is that it ia close to the airport

Booked the junior suite for wedding anniversary very poor service and disappointed no effort had gone into making the room or stay special despite being told in adab W by my husband what was wanted and expected even at additional cost

Needless to say we left early and spoke to management about our disappointment

We stuck in lift for 15 minutes after check in reception to room.

What a brilliant hotel well worth booking before you fly great amenities nice staff recommend it to anyone can not fault it in anyway

Good service and very good Wi-Fi. Only serves pitza in the bar but only serves craft beers in the restrauunt. That's a bit daft , so we chose to eat in adjacent airport bar where we could get a regular beer with our food.

Pleasantly surprised. Not stayed here for a long time. Our room was spacious and quiet, no airport noise. The restaurant was spacious and the menu acceptable. Our meal was well presented and delicious. Staff with whom we came into contact with were friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Stayed overnight before long haul to mexico, rooms we're spotless, clean and very modern, staff were very helpful and courteous, would stay here again most definitely, location spot on for t2 Manchester. Overall very happy. Felt pleasant for early next day flight.

Always had layovers here. Staff friendly, the themed rooms (floor dependant) are comfortable and have everything you need.

Food in the main restaurant is reasonable and the ambiance in the adjacent bar is pleasant and relaxing. If you re travelling on business then you will meet plenty of people alike from around the world at the bar.

A solid airport hotel/bar, very over-priced drinks, but good service

Really good in business class only thing that spoiled it was your not allowed to take any drinks out my son didn't want to sit their he said he would rather watch a film in the room yet had to come to the lounge for a drink

The new and bad prepared employees in the front desk is the main problem of this hotel. It took almost 1 hour to do a check in. But it is a very well located hotel in the airport area.

After arriving from a 24hr flight from Australia we was greeted by a professional smile and a welcome at check in and the following morning the staff were so welcoming and friendly at breakfast EXCELLENT SERVICE thank you to all the staff

The hotel was great for our flight from terminal 2, comfortable and clean - perfect we thought... we had arranged to leave our car for our 11 days and on booking it clearly stated that we had booked secure offsite car parking. We did not realise that this meant using a separate company and we had to agree to their terms and conditions. Our keys were left and nobody from the company met us to go around our car. (mistake number 1).

On our return the car was waiting for us. The dashboard panel indicated that the front right tyre was low on pressure so we found a garage to top up. My husband as he was getting out the driver's seat then noticed a rip to a seal on the chair and dents on the bottom of the door sill. These had not been there before. I instantly contacted the company but their phone was not in use. I contacted the Radisson and the concierge informed me that the owner of the company had gone on holiday, but he would deal with the matter (record the details). We returned to the Radisson and the concierge logged our complaint and took photos and a video of the damage. i was contacted today by the company who informed me that as they do not take photos of the inside of the vehicle that I should pursue this via the police as criminal damage. I will do this. I understand that as there is no proof how can I prove this. So if you do leave your vehicle here I suggest you photograph every inch of it or ensure that a representative from the company is there to check it over and sign to say the condition or any marks/scratches etc.
Thank you to the Radisson Blu for their professionalism in handling this, but this has spoilt our experience with them.

Great facilities for a work event, excellent break out rooms. Lunch was varied and delicious.

A good hotel with moderate showers. Beds were good and also not bothered by aircraft noise. The breakfast was of the same level as you would expect at such a hotel.

A hotel that is just a hotel. Service is mediocre rooms are standard it s overpriced and the breakfast is terrible. A good dose of customer experience training would sort this place out.

I've stayed hear before and it's a fine hotel (I am a Club Carlson member). On my last visit, our party had made a mistake and made reservations for the wrong day. There were no rooms available and the staff was not in the least bit helpful in finding alternate accommodations. I accept we made a mistake, I accept there were no rooms, I was disappointed in the lack of customer service at this upscale hotel.

Gym is great for a hotel gym - Pool is great always clean and kids go free on the weekend

This Hotel is a no brainier start to your Holiday. Get a good rest and in the morning you are only a short walk on the sky-link to the terminal.
The staff are always friendly and professional. Your car is looked after and the icing on the cake is book a business class room and you get to use the top floor check in and also use the business class lounge with complimentary food and alcoholic drinks.

Stayed overnight on 15th of Jan. Amazing, clean room. Beautiful airport views. Helpful, knowledgeable concierge staff. Helped us with directions to city centre and guidance around airport. (thanks to polish guy, Marcyn). Gorgeous and delicious breakfast buffet. We have enjoyed absolutely everything all food was fresh and delicious. 5 star guys! Thanks to chefs and waitress team! (host Maile (sorry if name is wrong) was very beautiful and welcoming. We felt like at home. Thank you everyone. We will back next time ;)

Ease of access to all areas of the airport although terminal 3 is a bit of a trek. Food is extortionate but the room was superb.
